Drove 1 hour to look at a car that was advertised both on there and autotader web site at one price and even when we got there it was on the car at the same price. When we asked to view it the salesman laughed and said it's not the price advertised but 3k more and we were the 3rd people to come and look at it that day. I said could you not of taken it down as it would save others doing the same and all he said was could do but it's not my job and walked away. Could not even do a deal at the new price. What a joke and waist of time
Bought a Range Rover Equove 2.2 sd Prestige lux beautiful grey colour with cream interior with panoramic roof looks great. The sales person Hiton was a true gentleman, not pushy which we liked, but very attentive to all our needs. The sale went through smoothly and we could not ask for any better sales service from this garage and would truly recommend it. We left with chocolates and wine as a thank you on the day we picked up the car. Marshalls went the extra mile to make us happy and we thank you Hiton and all your team.

Brought a Volvo v40 D2 from Grantham Volvo as we are not expert so believed sales member since he said that it was family car.When back home after 6 hours drive to and fro with our own fuel cost I found that my buggy was not getting in the boot where in my old Honda Civic it was quite easy to fit in. Phoned next day to exchange the car and they asked me to pop in. I had to choose different vehicle other than volvo as they do not have that one unless brand new.So I had to choose another more expensive vehicle however rather than considering discount they took my £1200 deposit that I had for Volvo. I had to travel with my pregnant wife and kid just to make sure this time we buy right family car. Oviously if you see volvo rear passenger seat it is for just 2 adult and 1 child.I had told them that we are expecting baby soon and need good size family car instead in greed they persuaded me to buy that volvo and when I went to exchange they took my £1200 deposit. Really disapointed by their misleading information and very profitable business policy. They do care zero satisfaction for customer.They dont care how long you have travelled and with who.They have showroom in the middle of nowher.Despite using own fuel and almost making their vechile half tank fuel when they sell you a car give you on reserve.Very disapointing behaviour.I blame this to mananger rather than sales member as that could have been adjusted in some way but no what they always want is profit. £500-600 may be I would have said yes but whole my £1200 deposit now I wonder what if I had £2000 deposit may be they would have took that too.

I bought a bmw m4 have had nothing but problems for past 3 months nothing still resolved evry time i call in there all busy or on holiday very ignorant plzzz avoid very sweet when they want your money but the miniute cars sold could not care less i dealt with sales manager kris palmer to actually say he is a manager did not care also a person named jeff who is the principal in business fobbed me of AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
