Ezekiel was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It can be quite daunting to go into a dealership as one can feel that there may be pressure for the sales people to 'close a deal' but I was able to take my time in coming to a decision about buying the car I had seen advertised and was very happy with the service provided. Felt a bit blinded by the science of all the extras but that seems to be part of most buying experiences these days. People should be made aware that if they are coming for a test drive they will need to know their National Insurance number.

Only bad point would be the length of time it took to buy a car. Far to much time left on our own, waiting for quotes, as we were in the opposite building from the main showroom, and our excellent member of staff kept having to dissappear to get permission from the boss etc. Almost walked out, as it took so long.. Other than that, Ezekiel was very good, and professional.

Was highly impressed by the service Harvey provided and how helpful he was and his guidance was really helpful in me selecting my new car
Felt very welcome by Ezekiel Jenkins who was very courteous and helpful. I certainly didn't feel pressurised into buying a vehicle (which was a nice change and was also one of the reasons I decided to go ahead with the purchase). Mr. Jenkins answered all our questions regarding the vehicle, service agreement and overview of vehicle etc. - very knowledgeable.

first met by business manager Darren Beal who provided us with a lot of information regarding different models of tucson. he then passed us over to salesman Rupert Wilson who dealt with everything from test drive to final purchase. great service on that day and Rupert could not be more helpful on the day we picked the car up.

We were met by Hyundai salesman Harvey Foord who provided us with a most courteous and proficient service. Arranged test drive and fully explained details of the vehicle and its accessories. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
I was already pretty sure which car I wanted but after talking to Rupert it was confirmed a few things I wanted to know issues I wasn't sure about were easily reassured
