From the first approach by phone our enquiry about a replacement car was dealt with promptly by Rupert Wilson. When we later visited the showrooms we received a friendly courteous service from Rupert who provided all the information we required allowing us to purchase the car we wanted and without any of the pressure selling so common these days.
Thank you Ian Turner and Hyundai for an easy and pleasant experience in how to change vehicles. Had a great test drive which sold the car and Ian had all the paperwork ready on return.
