My I40 was scheduled for a service, MOT and additional items that were going to take all day, The arrangement was to deliver to my home address and leave a loan car for the day. This worked like clockwork, on time and during the day the progress of the service was updated on line for me. My car failed it's MOT with a worn wheel bearing, this was ordered and available the next morning. The loan car stayed with me until all was completedand, I received excellent communication throughout .the two days of the status.
