I really feel I must congratulate James Hopkins for his fantastic service today. I didn't feel pressurised by him to buy another car he just gave me the help and support I needed which I am very grateful for. This is the second Hyundai I have bought from Gloucester and will certainly go again when the time comes for a change.

I feel so happy when ever I go to see them . All the staff are friendly and helpful always feel welcomed and so cheerful. Nothing is to much trouble. Always first class and Covid-19 safe . They always explain everything and send reminder of when to take in my car .

Took my Tucson in today for it's first MOT I recieved a phone call yesterday to confirm that I was still taking the car in On arrival today at 09.35 I was directed straight to the service desk every thing was sorted there in a couple of minutes I recieved a phone call late morning to inform that the car was ready for collection When I arrived all the paperwork was ready and all explained to me The Service Advisor Aaron Grove was very help and knowledgeable throughout Thank you all very much We will be back for it's 3 year service in November.
