I have just purchased a Tucson hybrid i dealt with Ben Loveday his customer service was 100%. He was so honest and advised me with my new purchase would recommend dealing with him every time. The manager Ryan was also very patient as i changed my mind on one of the offers Thank you

Made an appointment to have a new wheel arch trim but when I went in I was told they didn’t realise they had to paint the trim so I made another appointment. I didn’t inspect the repair until I got home when it became clear that either the trim hadn’t been painted or had been painted the wrong colour. When I went in to the dealership they agreed to redo the paint so I made another appointment. When I went to collect the car the second time it was again clear that either they hadn’t bothered to paint the trim or had painted it the wrong colour. When I pointed this out to the service rep he said that three people had inspected it and it was correct. I asked what he thought but he gave me exactly the same answer. He said if I had a problem I should contact Hyundai! Why? I bought the car from Marshalls and they did the repair. It has cost me £410.62 and Marshalls have refused to put the job right.

Got our first hyundai from Marshall. We are very pleased with the service we got. There was a slight hick up but the team got it sorted and the way they handled it left us knowing we would be looked after

I recently purchased my new Hyundai Tucson Ultimate from your dealership and being a complete “Car Snob” I have had many vehicles in my time but I was never treated so well as the young man with whom sold me the Tucson. He was tireless in his attempt to make sure this old man understood all the confusing paperwork which required my understanding and signature. His approach was of the highest regard. His name is Jack Henshall and he has truly restored my faith in this younger generation and he should go far in this business.

Was met by Luke Bailey and was offered a hot drink whilst we initially chatted. The deal offered was fully explained without any pressure and Luke offered and organised a test drive which we did today. Made the whole process very easy including our part exchange request for existing Hyundai Tuscon. Fully explained the processes and costs involved and the likely lead time which was a little disappointing but beyond his control which we fully understood. Very happy and excited to be buying our 3rd Hyundai from ix35, Tuscon and now Tuscon Hybrid.

We went to Marshalls to road-test the Tucson and perhaps buy a used one if available. The ease and help Richard gave us transformed the day ,, we ended buying a new Tucson instead. Thank you Richard you did us proud
Mason was new to the company and his friendliness and confidence was exceptional. We had dealings with 3 staff and all were brilliant. We are very happy with our purchase and will not hesitate to return in the future.
