Nothing but first class service from my initial call requesting information to arranging test drive and fully explaining all the options Available to help me decide on my purchase.. The deals available for purchasing were already great but I felt that my sales consultant Richard Wakefield went above and beyond in ensuring that we fully understood the options and details and also in helping me get the best deal for my part exchange. I was so pleased with the service from Richard that I purchased my new car there and then. I now wait in anticipation for delivery. Thank you Richard for your warm welcome and excellent service.

Went to try out a small Hyundai this morning at Motorline Worcester - and get a valuation for my own car. Great 30 minutes driving around the countryside nearby, and really enjoyed the car, so much so that I've ordered one. Really good service and chat with Jamie Chapman about extras, availability, waiting times, costs etc., so that I knew exactly what I'd be spending and when I could expect delivery - without the heavy pressure to opt for more than I felt I needed.

Having made an appointment with the Worcester Hyundai Garage on 13 February, I was introduced to Richard Wakefield to advise me further about the Tuscon. Richard pointed out the essential features of operating the vehicle before the test drive and advised me of a route. Following the test drive, Richard made me fully aware of the car's specifications, the different financing options, the accessory packages and the lead time of the model in question. I would have preferred Richard to have had more autonomy regarding finalising the purchasing of the vehicle but he did follow up with a phone call and an email just to check if I was happy with everything and the paperwork to confirm our agreed sale. Good to do business with him.

My Hyundai Santa Fe Endurance was booked into Hyundai Worcester today to investigate issues with the automatic boot opening when not wanted. This has now been solved thanks to the technician. A health check of the vehicle was also carried out and identified several issues which will now be rectified. A year four service has also been booked. My sincerest thanks to Jack Griffin who dealt with all of my issues & questions today very quickly and professionally. I would also like to thank the technician who worked on the vehicle and sent me such a useful video. Thankyou Hyundai Worcester. A quality service for a quality vehicle. Stephen Gough

Initial comms good but became painful. No paperwork, hidden costs & all of 10 miles worth of fuel in the tank on completion... no confidence it was checked properly let alone serviced. THEN I FIND OUT THEY DELAYED SETTLING FINANCE BY 10 DAYS UNTIL ADDITIONAL FUNDS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT, IN ORDER TO PAY £190 LESS.
