The whole team at Motorline Worcester Hyundai are excellent. Having bought 8 cars from the delership over the past 10-12 years I have always found their professionlism to be first class. Pearl and Richard have been our main slaes contacts over the years and Lee provides great leadership to the team. When buying there is no pressure and they work hard to listen and then to seek out the best vehicle for your requirements and then work hard to ensure the fiances are the best that can be obtained. When it comes to servicing again the serice is great.

Went into the showroom to look at new cars. Was dealt by James Chapman who put my wife and I at ease straight away. We saw an i20 and James talked us through everything. We were very impressed and he then gave us an approximate delivery date. We were pleased with how James dealt with us that we ordered there and then. An excellent and friendly experience.
Today brought our fourth Hyundai car a, Kona Hybrid Ultimate from Pearl. As usual excellent service and professionalism from her and willing to work with us to achieve the right deal for us.Thanks for your help.

Popped into the local Worcester Hyundai showroom over the bank holiday weekend just to check out the used cards. Looking for a newish Kona. Spoke to a very pleasant and accommodating sales person, Pearl. Was made to feel welcome within the showroom and not overly pressured whilst looking around outside and in. Offered a coffee and time to browse. The end result being that Pearl searched around and managed to find a 21 plate Kona at a local dealership which she got in for us to test drive the next day. However, we ended buying a brand new one from them the next day!
My wife and I visited Motorline Hyundai, Worcester yesterday (13th April 2021) to part exchange our existing car for a Hyundai i10. The visit was successful since we found a suitable car. This was due mainly to the excellent service provided by Pearl Dixon from the Sales Dept.. We look forward to picking up the Hyundai next week. Mike McCreath
