I have ordered a Tucson for my wife from Motorline Worcester. I had phoned previously and made some enquiries about what I was looking for. I had also added details of my wife’s car to trade. Richard phoned me within 30 minutes of adding the details and gave me clear information about how to view the cars and the process of buying using. Click and collect. I also spoke with Dominic whilst negotiating and also was give clear precise information on what options I had. Both Richard and Dominic showed some very good communication skills and were genuinely there to help. I look forward to picking up our car and will add a further review once we receive it.

As well as a great little car, the service I received from Pearl Dixon was second to none.....thank you Pearl. She is professional, listens to the customer, very efficient at returning phone calls, helpful and friendly and happy to help with anything the customer is unsure of. Pearl gives a first class service.

It was a bit time consuming

the saga of my i30 came to a very satisfactory conclusion today . i have to say after all the negativity the last few days , lee davies , the manager was excellent today . great attitude and service and a discounted next service which is great . like to say a big thankyou and a great job respraying my front wheels .

as a first time car buyer i bought a used i30 from Motorline Hyundai Worcester. the salesman nathan bishop has been fantastic but the attitude of the manager is appalling . ive basically been accused of washing the wheels on my car with wheel acid which is nonsense . basically being called a liar . as was a close family friend who returned the car for me for the wheels to be resprayed which was even worse as he was doing me a favour only to be spoken to in an appalling manner and insulted . absolutely disgusted and would definately not recommend or use them again . as i said nathan is great and very helpful . such a shame the manager doesnt have the same attitude towards the customers .
