Bought u used car ,dangerous brakes ,and loads of other things wrong ,14 day rejection refused ? Warranty refused,,although only had it a week ? Rude management,was told if I want it fixed ,go to trading standards,or motor ombudsman,,,what sort of outfit is this ? Keep your money spend it somewhere else these need closing down ,investigation on its way AVIOD

Looking to buy a new EcoSport. Got an offer from Marshall ( Emma Gibson) Rang next morning to be told Emma in a meeting and would call me back. Nothing so rang again lunchtime to be told that she was doing a handover so would get back, again nothing. Over a week later still not heard from anyone. Very poor service. A sale they have lost as I have now got a car from another dealer

If i could rate lower i would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Was told it would be going through the ford approved used program it never did. Lasted 4 months Before having engine issues they had the car for 5 weeks and it was only when i mentioned the fact i had noticed the mileage had been altered that they said it was not fixable. Very poor customer service. No courtesy car or compensation. I now have no car and im still paying off the negative equity of 1659 pound
Appalling experience at Marshall Ford at Kings Lynn trying to buy a new car as follows:- Pre booked visit by phone, no salesperson available so requirements explained to Commercial manager. Arrived 5 minutes early to find no salesperson, kept waiting 10 minutes past appointment time. When salesperson did show up there was No introduction or explanation of lateness. They then disappeared for another 5 minutes to find viewing vehicle keys, returning to tell us he had another appointment and would get another salesperson to answer queries, could we look over the vehicle ourselves. 2nd salesperson arrives some time later, could not answer our questions regarding our requested model availability. Turns out she was commercial vehicle sales, not private car sales. Discussions interrupted by a second manager who told us the model we wanted was not available because of a silicon chip shortage, there were only three in the country and they were sold so we would have to order on spec from the factory and wait probably until 2022 for delivery. Further discussions with second sales person about finance options and trade in could not be answered so kept waiting again while they spoke to a third manager to find out. After 40 minutes we left, upshot is this dealer is advertising on line for models/variants they cannot supply, staff have no clue about customer focus or knowledge about the products they purport to sell. We will be going elsewhere for a new car.
avoid marshall ford kings lynn! firstly a call centre then get told the only one that can do a diagnostics check is on long term sick and no one else has the skill set to do this. so who works on all the other vehicles in there????????
