My experience back in July was that the sales manager won’t budge on price in negotiations on the Vauxhall Mokka I was interested in. You’d think in this covid era they might be more interested in achieving a sale. I decided to walk away as I felt they weren’t taking by business seriously and having now read the reviews on this site count myself very lucky!
Booked £160 all inc interim service via Vauxhall’s website at this dealer and general manager a Mr Mehdi Pour said he would not honour that price and wanted to charge over £204 instead for a basic oil & filter change taking just over an hour. This was despite me being a carer with my own serious medical issues which he was made aware of but he just didn’t care and kept making excuses. Walked away with no service as would not be ripped off by someone exploiting vulnerable people in this way. Truly appalling behaviour...avoid like the virus!

I had my car serviced here on vauxhall fixed price servicing. A full service here does not include everything that the vauxhall website says it should. Brake fluid is extra but you only find out after you pay. Was told by the service manager that the website is wrong, wasn't impressed at all and the car was returned looking like it had been cleaned by a blind man.

I found the car i had been looking for after some time in the Marshall Garage in Knebworth, took the car for a test drive and heard a rattling sound on the car, when I mentioned this the sales person Mollie didn't even respond and I had to mention it again. She advised this issue would be looked at should I buy the car. Before my Purchase Marshalls advised a full valet would be done on the car, paint scratches removed, and the rattling sound looked at so I came back to collect the car, and it had not been cleaned. I reached inside the car door and had black dirt on the ends of my fingers and showed the sales person Mollie again who just advised it has been cleaned !!! Anyway we had agreed to bring the car back again in a few days for the paint work to be done and for the car to be cleaned once again. On collection of the car for the second time scratches has been done, car had been cleaned (sort Of) yet to realise not very well again ! And again advised that when the car was driven Mollie could not hear any rattling issues with the car and insisted that I could take the car back to Hyundai as it was under warranty with them, also for them to look at the car problem even though I purchased it from Marshalls ! Shocking customer service at its best. Once again drove away and called the garage again to insist the rattling was still there as it had never gone away to be patronised by a male sales assistant advising "All cars have a slight rattle noise" I have been driving 10+ years and understand what constitutes a 'normal' rattle or a problem rattle, so after me getting upset with the situation they advised I could take the car back in for someone to look at it. We took the car into the service team and within 5 mins of being in the car the mechanic heard the noise and advised that is an issue that needs to be looked at. Relieved that they didn't just send me on my way we agreed a date to take the car back in a few days later and due to all the issues we had we were promised a larger family car, similar in size to my car will be ready for me to collect for a courtesy car on the day and they will call me. No phone call came and we had to call them to be told the courtesy car was not ready, so agreed to take a different car which we picked up the next day. Then we were promised a call once they found the issue with the car, again no call came, we had to once again chase them to be advised it was a faulty shock absorber but could not advise how long it would take to fix or when i could have my car back. By this point i had zero patience left with this situation and left it for them to call me the next morning with news on this.Once again no phone call, I yet again had to call them to be told my car had been fixed and was ready and waiting for me. In my frustration i emailed the Sales manager this exact complaint and still haven't had any response or apology. manager - Nick Dubery. All in all my experience with purchasing a car and getting the problem fixed was awful. Vauxhall had sold me a faulty car and then put me through this to get it fixed. I will never use their garage again and I will make sure no one i know does either. Terrible customer service, inexperience and patronising staff members and a clear lack of care when customers are upset by their service. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

So I took my vauxhall Astra to marshall vauxhall knebworth to get a diagnosis of the car. The car was struggling to start in cold weather but once started was fine and worked perfectly. Id been trying to get to the bottom of it for a while and had done some repairs already such as basic servicing, spark plug replacement and a new throttle body motor. As I couldn't get to the bottom of it, I thought I'd hand it over to the "experts" with the expensive diagnosis machines made for these cars. So I took it in the night before as they wanted to see it in the morning after being left sat. I came to pick it up today (Saturday 24th Nov) and they have lost the diagnosis read outs, the car battery is dead, the air intake filter connection has been snapped and was left unplugged, the oil dip stick top has been snapped off too. when talking to the mechanics I got "o wekll these things happen and it's an 05 plate so is expected". No, what is expected is that you can handle my car with some care if I give you it to diagnosis at £80 per hour. So now I have to wait for them to charge the battery etc and hope they haven't broke anything else and they can find the diagnosis read out. currently I feel like I have just been robbed in pure daylight as I've had to pay for something they haven't provided and they have damaged my car in the process. they also insisted I had to pay for it before showing me and readouts or invoices... and then could only come up with the invoice and a piece of paper showing to expensive parts they recommend I replace

My wife purchased a Vauxhall Corsa 11 months a go from Marshall Knebworth Vauxhall,had some issues with it(heater etc) which where never really sorted. And then the car stopped starting. Turned out it was the imobloisr,which wasn’t covered by the warranty The garage we took it told us they needed the cars reset code. This should have been with car? It wasn’t,I rang marshals at knebworth and was told I’d have to buy one from Vauxhall (£30) Nice customer support. Asked to buy something which should have been supplied with the car, We had to but not from them! This was the second car we had bought from them. THERE EONT BE A THIRD!

So after picking up a 2yr old Mokka from Marshall Vauxhall Knebworth for 10k, I'm in spending over £300 for tyres. One with 3 nails in, and yet Marshals Vauxhall carried out a full inspection of the vehicle prior to collection, apart from the cost, I'm more annoyed about safety checks not being carried out!
Marshall Vauxhall were spot on, the car I bought is perfect, for what I needed I honestly couldn't of asked a better car. I can't remember the name of the man who served me but he was excellent and so was the rest of the staff, I'm over the moon with the service I received.
