Just purchased a 13 plate honda crv from this company and Muhammad the salesman was so helpful and obliging but seeing as though I wanted to buy it outright I don't think they were very happy as trued to get all kinds of finance and extra packages into me.i felt insulted by Patrick the salesman when he knocked my part ex right down to bottom book at a price of 6400 as he said it would only go to auction as wasn't saleable so I was horrified to see 3 hours after we had done the deal it was on their website for 9500 so be careful with part ex with these guys.overall though I am pleased with thex12 month warranty I received as it was an honda approved car.

I have had problems with the new car I purchased and it is still not fixed after 11 weeks. I have asked for information regarding possible solutions and updates but often there is no one available and they rarely phone back when requested.

Bought viano 6 months back ago from Marshall Narborough, was told by stand in manager that I had to wait for the service needed to be done ,for my safety as Honda narborough did wish to sell any vehicle that is not up to their high standards,well that was a joke as I got the vehicle home tried to tell them that my electric doors where opening by themselves also that the bumper they said they would fix had still come away from the vehicle and the best part was they said that they had changed my brake pads and discs, when I took it to a mercedes dealers in birmingham they said only the front ones had been changed , so had to change them myself for my files safety, asked Honda for receipt for work done to brakes have been still with, they will make excuses up until your warranty runs out, also they ask you to fill in questionnaire on the spot before you can full exam the car or any faults show . well done Honda a very safe vehicle you sold me. Please stay away from Marshall Narborough.
