My partner recently bought a car from here, and within a week it was undriveable due to the coolant leaking over the engine. We called to have this rectified, and they said they would send the RAC out; we received a notification to say RAC were going to be collecting the car, but after waiting in all night, we had absolutely nothing. It has now been 10 days later, and we have received nothing. Every time we call, we get told someone will call us back, and ''I understand this is frustrating". Everyone is passing this issue on, and treating our situation like a fun game of pass the parcel. I would personally stay away from this company. Although they have good prices and good cars in stock, if you have a problem with your car, they will not care in the slightest.

NISSAN Motorline dartford YET ANOTHER POOR SERVICE and yet again Motorline dartford prove why have are so poor ,work carried out or in this case non work carried out .fit parts that after months are like the old parts fitted ,was told Air con was getting a service now find out thats not the case ,speak so staff that start to shout down the phone and dont let you get a word in edge ways so you start shouting back just so they can hear you,then you get a call from another member of staff that makes threats down the phone ,then when you say i will take it higher he calls you back and starts shouting at you even more NICE ONE NISSAN DARTFORD LOT TO LEARN LOVE WASTING NEARY £800
