Visited a number of dealers to see what offers and options were around in the last couple of weeks. Decided to stay with Nissan and Marshalls Grantham are closest to where we live. Excellent Service provided by Steve Nolan and his manager Chris. You have to be prepared to give time for the sales processes, but they are keen to provide a good experience and, in turn, no pressure or rushing of making a final decision. I would be very happy to return to Marshalls in the future.

I purchased a 2 year old Juke from Marshall Nissan in Grantham. In the test drive I questioned why the stop start wasn't working. Four days after purchase the car wouldn't start. RAC called out and the battery had a bad cell and needed replacing. Disappointed Nissan has not even replied to my email. My parents and partner both commented how it was clear at the point of sale they wanted the deal done as quickly as possible!
