completely rubbish customer service. Reserved a vehicle online which I was later informed he been incorrectly priced on line. It took 3 weeks multiple emails and phone calls to get my deposit back. When the business manager does not know their own procedure are you know the company is incompetent. Stay clear people. They are happy to take your money but getting it back when they mess up is another matter. Utterly incompetent!!!!!!!

Phones 3 times; got cut off after waiting for over 10 minutes on the fist call. 2nd attempt, put on hold and after about 15 minutes I gave up. 3rd attempt, on hold again and then the receptionist come back and taken my number saying that someone would call me back, that was over 3 hours ago. Going elsewhere now, they obviously don’t want my business...

Recently purchased my new Volvo from Marshall’s Volvo Nottingham. Tom G. was my sales Consultant. He was so professional, knowledgable, took a genuine interest in me as a customer. Very easy to talk with. Tom listened to the specifications I was looking for in my new vehicle, his patience was amazing. (I can and am very demanding and difficult needing every little detail) However, from my first enquiry, over the telephone, my visiting the Showroom, too purchasing the vehicle, did I ever feel pressured into my purchase.
