completely rubbish customer service. Reserved a vehicle online which I was later informed he been incorrectly priced on line. It took 3 weeks multiple emails and phone calls to get my deposit back. When the business manager does not know their own procedure are you know the company is incompetent. Stay clear people. They are happy to take your money but getting it back when they mess up is another matter. Utterly incompetent!!!!!!!

We’ve been looking for a Merc GTR for a while now. I spotted one at Marshalls on the web when surfing at 4am. I made an enquiry and expected to hear no more. However Hiten Mistry responded within minutes. Later that day a deal was struck. Very professional and honest.

Cheers Martyn, made the purchase of my car very easy going even in the current climate. Good communication all the way through so we knew exactly where we stood.
Very helpful staff especially Natalie who quickly cleared up a couple of things I hadn't understood in the car handbook. Service was completed in good time and the car had been cleaned.

Phones 3 times; got cut off after waiting for over 10 minutes on the fist call. 2nd attempt, put on hold and after about 15 minutes I gave up. 3rd attempt, on hold again and then the receptionist come back and taken my number saying that someone would call me back, that was over 3 hours ago. Going elsewhere now, they obviously don’t want my business...

Recently purchased my new Volvo from Marshall’s Volvo Nottingham. Tom G. was my sales Consultant. He was so professional, knowledgable, took a genuine interest in me as a customer. Very easy to talk with. Tom listened to the specifications I was looking for in my new vehicle, his patience was amazing. (I can and am very demanding and difficult needing every little detail) However, from my first enquiry, over the telephone, my visiting the Showroom, too purchasing the vehicle, did I ever feel pressured into my purchase. Tom is truly a Credit to Marshall’s Volvo. Thank you Tom, I love my new vehicle.

2nd time now , last time Marshall Volvo at Derby Now Nottingham . I know I phone late but was assured sales worked later and was promised a return call so I could make an appointment to view an XC60 to buy.
