The utter incompetence of this service center is hard to summarise in polite language. I am going to try in the following… We bought new Audi A6 from the dealership next door which included 3 year warranty and an additional year of paid warranty service with the service center. We were so naive! Issues with the car were not excessive, but at every stage the service team were utterly incompetent, regularly rude, and always uninterested and deliberately unapologetic. At points I would argue they were criminally negligent. At points it felt they were deliberately breaking the car. We escalated to their management who could not have cared or done less. Nick Crabtree requires special call out for utter indifference to the complete and comprehensive failings of his organisation. The car would return from every service with issues that did not exist before going in. Some problems were ‘critical’ issues. Highlights include completely forgetting to to actually service the car when having it for 48 hours - we we found out after it was returned and every warning light exploded on the dashboard 24 hours after picking it up - and paying £460 for the service. It turned out they plugged it into the computer but didn’t do anything, forgot to!(!??) then just put it back on the lot. That forced the car to stop working 24 hours later and required returning to the service center after breaking down on the road. No actual issues were identified. After one service (no pre-issues) within 24 hours the car started to display electoral fault warnings. We called the garage. Who said this wasn’t a problem. An hour later the car stopped dead in the middle of an A road, as the alternator had stopped charging the battery. My wife was an alone adult with an 18 month old baby in the back. Audi roadside took 6 hours to arrive and identified the issue, which had miraculously materialised within 12 hours of leaving the garage. Management at the garage didn’t care. Call out to Dom Partl on this one for putting my family in significant danger. Just utterly incompetent, at best!! Outside of breaking the car; their issues include taking 5 attempts to update out address, giving us courtesy cars with 5 miles of petrol in them, and repeatedly asking me to drive the 35 minutes (each way) to the center for ancillary parts that weren’t there when I arrived. Those last parts may seem petty, but so just want to show how incompetent every single aspect of their service was. Utterly awful. I would take my car ANYWHERE before here. Happy shopping.

My audi A4 avant had a Ticking noise on the right front wheel, I booked the car in at Oxford Audi and had to wait a month and a half for the appointment, My car has been at Oxford Audi from Monday the 30/10/23 and I had an email and text from service repair department confirming that there is no issues with the car, I have proof of than on my emails, I spoke to them on the phone and was given the same answer no issues with the car, So I offered to drive to Oxford Audi and take my car out for a drive with a technician so he can hear what I hear when I drive the car, Than the service an repair manager informed me that they have found the issue and it is the front drive shaft, Which is not is the cv joint, I've been trying to call them this morning 45 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer amazing, Than I spoke to the manager Hannah gave me an update and the price of repair that if I have the work done I wouldn't be charged for the diagnostic, than on an email right after the conversation on the phone I was given a price off £1447.26 🙃 the price on the phone was £1294.26, They take customers for mugs, And Than before all this Hannah puts the phone down while I was on the phone and tells me that the line cut off, Disgusting customer service.
I was one of the unlucky ones until I visited and book my car for a health checkup at Marshall Oxford Audi. My car was suffering from lack of focus when the garage I bought it from forgot to lock the oil cap tight the reason that made the engine started loosing pressure causing the EML to report a fault. I was greeted with a smiling and courteous assistant, wearing a face mask, only to put me through to the service and repair assistant. She knew exactly what needs to be done and estimated a maximum of half an hour work. This estimate including a full valeting service. To my surprise, the work was done in exactly 22 minutes and for free. Yes for free. I was gobsmacked. I thought that there isn't anymore a good after sale service you could find anymore. With this experience, I recommend anyone who wants a peace of mind after sale service to buy their cars from this Audi Dealership as my next car will definitely be bought from Marshall Oxford Audi. Thank you team, you made my day. Bests
