We have recently purchased a used Ford Kuga from Marshall’s Peterborough and we are pleased with the overall service that was provided. There are a few (non mechanical) issues outstanding on the vehicle and Marshall’s have been quick with communication to get the ball rolling for this to be rectified at our convenience. Les has been great and courteous. Having previously worked in a premium dealership elsewhere, I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle 👍

Upon enquiring of an Audi A7 registration SD55FNX the dealership got jumpy when I asked to pay a deposit to hold it. They said they would call me back yesterday on Monday 18th of January 2021. No call back from Assad or Courtney of the dealership, I expected the car was sold. Assad assured me he would call me back yesterday. On Tuesday 19th of January 2021 the car was the on sale for £1000 more than yesterday, No call back, nothing. Make your own decision on how honest this dealership is

Management is all money money money, no consideration for others, and bonuses or incentives are not only impossible to reach but u will never see one. System is slow and very basic and faulty. The old system needs updating. Parts manager is just an ass.... parts admin and staff are great to work with and helpful, Les is great guy go out of his way to help u.

Spot on as an ex staff member there at that time too. Staff are vastly overworked with more to do than physically possible, and underpaid. The staff want to give good service but are held back by management. Sadly most of the good staff have left, including some with 15 plus years service. As with most car companies, sales figures are all that matters.
Contacted Mark during lockdown following advert for a car he was very helpful we negotiated a price for my part exchange and within 15 minutes the deal was complete very easy process from start to finish I hope it goes as smooth when I go to collect the car.
I bought a BMW from this dealership back in July. The car had a major break down due to missing parts which caused other parts to become damaged. It took 2 days for the dealership to get back to me and I had to make to trips back to the dealership costing me £60 worth of diesel each way. In the end the issue needed to be taken further and was dealt with my someone higher up in the business as Marshall in Peterborough have been no help at all. I would not recommend them.

Not too bad. Bought a Maserati Grancabrio back in May from Marshall. Pretty average dealership. The car did have a few issues which have eventually been sorted but it took a while. the price of the car was fair but not great. I would recommend this dealership to someone looking to buy a new car but not so much for a used one.

I got an absolutely fantastic deal on the car, few grand off the sticker price. I've had a few cars of Marshall Group before the service is always excellent and I've never had any problems with the cars. They're definitely worth a recommendation.

My experience at this Marshall dealership in Tyrell Park took place a few months ago. When I went in I spoke to the salesman and explained what I was looking for but the car I ended up buying just hasn't been what I was expecting, performance wise it isn't up to scratch and it's incredibly slow, I don't feel like they took my requirements on board. They also let me drive off with the wrong registration which I realised a week later. I wasn't very happy with the experience at all and I would be reluctant to recommend this Marshall dealership.

I purchased my car a couple of weeks ago from Marshalls, all was great at the selling point, new to buying cars so didn't know what to ask. After the sale there seemed to be a lack of information, very frustrating, rather told upfront about certain issues rather than find out after, like that I had to get the car at 8 in morning but couldn't so then told i had to wait another week. A lot of promises at beginning, info missed, why not just say so i could have made a more informed decision All sorted and happy now, better comms would be good
