I just bought my first Audi after having 5 VWs and I can honestly say that the service was 5 star. Sam my salesman was so helpful with his knowledge and honesty. Andy the manager introduced himself to me and said if I needed anything just ask. I was treated with courtesy and respect and everyone was keen to help. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
What a great Dealership I can honestly say this has to be the best dealership I have ever encountered. I called in with my wife to view a A8, the service we received from Wayne was above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, took us for a test drive and explained every feature on the vehicle, no pushy sales talk, made us feel very relaxed. If you are contemplating on buying an Audi new or used, go to Marshall Plymouth, you won’t be disappointed with the service, shame other dealers are not the same! Keep up the good work guys, we will be back next time.

I purchased my Rs5 from Plymouth Audi and what a joy experience it actually made me love the car even more. I been an Audi customer for the past 15 years and I actually change my cars quite often my previous purchase was from a different garage and what a nightmare it was and literally lost trust on the brand but these guys made the experience pleasant again and my addiction to Audi got even bigger. From the day I called to inquire to the collection day they made sure everything was in place and the car spot on as expected I travelled 200+ miles to pick up a car that never seen or test drive before and honestly it was exactly what they told me over the phone they did all the checkes before handing over. A big thank to the best possible sales person I ever dealt with Hanna thank you even though words don't do justice you changed and brought faith back to such a great company. Thank you Plymouth Audi.

Just come back from plymouth audi the two ladies on the service desk were so helpful nothing to much trouble and paul from the garage amazing all of them 5 star service
Didn't get on with the q3 so went back to the a6 *love the car ) Got tonsay ran was very helpful and we talked on where I went wrong Dan was good as ( defo not Dan in those reviews ) Would give him 5 stars for his help and after care
Once you’ve signed up all customer service disappears, picking up the car was made about as exciting as picking up a pint of milk from a corner shop. My new car had several serious faults, they acknowledged they were there but as they couldn’t find the cause of them I had to live with them. Never, ever again
These guys are happy to sell But won’t help once they have your money Cost me thousands in waiting for a logbook that they never even filled in after taking my £41,000 Worst dealership I’ve ever purchased from before

Bought a car ((not Audi) from them back in June the whole deal was rushed through, on picking the car up it had not been valeted well at all with the alloys covered in brake dust, reported to the salesman and he wanted me to wait while they sent it back to the retailers, couldn’t wait so arranged to bring it back in when he promised it would be sorted and absolutely sparkling, it wasn’t and the wheels hadn’t been touched, spoke to the manager and all she gave was excuses. Two months later the battery died and they would not replace under warranty, the very expensive warranty I paid extra for, wish I had never brought my car from them, never again that’s for sure.

Never have I experienced such shockingly bad customer service. Bought the car end of Jan and the battery was dead only 2 weeks later. I informed them twice before lockdown- didn't hear back so was left without a car for 3 months in this time. This ended up being sorted within a day ,which was great, but made it even more annoying that I wasn't contacted before! I am seeking compensation due to not being able to use the car for 3 months. Nathan has (or should I say hasn't) been dealing with this. Multiple phone calls with 'I'll call you back' which NEVER happens. He told me he was speaking a manager, re.complaint, only to speak to said manager 2 weeks later who has no idea who I am or what my complaint is. Had several more 'I'll call/email you' which surprisingly (not) hasn't happened. 3 weeks later, still waiting... I've just read other bad reviews and a couple include Nathan and his lack of communication- reconsider his role?
