We brought our mercedes into the dealership as the Ad Blu light had come on, our normal Mercedes specialist had already confirmed the issue was electrical and a sensor issue so would need a main dealer. They recalibrated and sent us on our way charging 200 pound for the pleasure. Upon the health check they said the car was fine other than the aircon needing servicing. I drove away realising they had left the bonnet open but glad it had been resolved. The day after the Ad Blu light came back on, back we went, this time they said the tank had gone and needed replacing 1800 pounds later I drove away again, the bonnet again open! I got half way home and the light again returned. Back I went, another health check said that there was now an issue with the suspension, wipers and brakes - amazing how this was the third time they had done a health check within a fortnight and first time these issues where identified. Alongside these new issues which had all appeared within the 10 miles I had driven between leaving the garage and returning to the garage they said the injectors now needed placement at another 2000 - by this point my bank was empty and my patience had gone. I collected my car and haven’t returned since but am over 2000 lighter and still having to pay off the balance for work done that was completely pointless and was not the issue. Took to another garage for second opinion and was resolved within the hour for 300 pound, another health check showed no issues on the vehicle. Please avoid at all costs unless you have a lot of patience and very deep pockets, their communication is also terrible, saying they would contact with updates and then nothing till you phone back hours later.

Complete lack of communication from start to finish. Failed to resolve issue and refered back to Mercesdes. Let us pick up the car with a drained battery which later broke down and had to be collected.

The purchase of my mercedes GLC De was from start to finish was very professional , friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Visar ( Oz) for seeing me through this purchase with his excellent knowledge of the car I bought also the manager Chris who to was so helpful . I arranged to buy a Polestar 2 as advertised on Auto Trader I paid a reserve and the deal was verbally agreed. They came back today and said they had got the price wrong and wanted another £4000. Needless to say I told him no. This prompted a call from the Saales Manager who told me his problems with a take it or leave it approach. I pointed out to him the trade desciptions act. He later rang me back to advise me of his percieved loopholes. Quite honestly it was deplorable. Do not buy from them

Got a brand new Mercedes, the alarm is constantly going off at random times, but mainly 3-4am causing an issue for my neighbours. The Mercedes dealership have said we are aware of the issue, and have been told by Mercedes UK "NOT" to replace any alarms. So we have to live with it, until a fix is found ?? Terrible service and attitude.

Recieved an airbag recall letter and after numerous attempts my car was booked in. My car was with them all day and I went back to collect. Approx a month later an airbag fault error light appeared on my dash. After trying for a week to speak with Marshalls they advised it wasnt their problem but they could look at it for a £190 diagnostics fee. After emailing Marshall's direct they advised they'd check their work without charge. Took it back in and was told it wasnt down to them - this was after being told the airbag fault was on the drivers side and the work carried out was on the passengers side. When advised the error was showing as the left side, Marshall's admitted the error was on the passenger side and yes the work they carried out was on the passenger side but it's still nothing to do with them. Awful company - do not touch with a barge pole!

Part exchanged my nearly new A class for their GLA demonstrator , took a month for the V5 to arrived - two prevoius owners ???/ Not being very happy they agreed to the return of the GLA( no qubblle) BUT my own part exchange had sadly been sold.. I was offered a paltry £250 compensation to keep the GLA , I declined this. When purchasing the GLA I took out a service plan initially the term was incorrect , corrected at second attempt but cancelled as I returned the car. monthly DD`s were taken though - Preston are investigating.....still. By way of compensation Marshalls offered a two year free service plan for my new car ( purchased elsewhere ), when the paperwork arrived it was for the car ( GLA ) I returned to them . You could not make this up.

Marshall Mercedes-Benz of Preston failed to fix a problem with my E250 CDi AMG Line Estate even though it was under warranty. Case ended up with The Motor Ombudsman and they actually lied to the Ombudsman to try to win their case. Even their own generated information contradicts their account of events. Won't go near the place ever again
