I bought my first merc E class of them mercedes Preston Marshall. I range and spoke to gracie white who was very helpful and arrange my appointment for viewing the car then i went down and had a look at the car and test drove it. Which i loved. Then grace sorted all the paper work for me & after a abit i was on my way home. I will definitely recommend Mercedes preston. All the staff was very helpful specially GRACIE a thank u to Gracie it was lovely dealing with u hope to deal with u again. Thanks
Contacted them by email, Craig rang me back. Helped identify the precise part(s), yes I needed another part too. Had to order them in specially. When I said I couldnt get in til weekend to pick them up, he reminded me its easter weekend, and.. well lets just say he, and a colleague, went the extra mile to make sure I had my parts to fit BEFORE the weekend. Excellent customer service.

I found all the staff very pleasant and helpful especially Becca and Lee the Manager. It was my first time buying a merc they were very patient showing me how everything worked etc. Couldn’t be happier and would defo recommend Mercedes Preston.

Brought a car from Mercedes Preston that had a defective passenger side seatbelt (1cm long vertical slit in the seat belt) which they were made aware of. They said the damage was only minor and that the seat belt was fine. Ok we said will it pass an mot? Oh yes no worries (seconded by the general manager). We stupidly went ahead with the purchase. A year later it passed its mot and if the belt had been the result of the failure we had a warranty to fall back on. The following year when the warranty had expired.. yes you guessed it,, yes it failed! The two mot tests were carried out at an independent garage in Macclesfield (still Mercedes Benz I might add) where you may like to know that the car passed one year and then failed the next with the exact same defect. Inconsistent and in my opinion very poor standards. If the car was unsafe to drive this year then it was unsafe last year and in addition also unsafe when I drove it away from Marshalls in Preston. You can understand my concern, so I called Marshalls on two separate occasions in order to speak with the general manager or someone who could deal with my enquiry. Yes you guessed it again no one called back. Based on this disgraceful level of customer service at both Preston and Macclesfield I wanted nothing more to do with Mercedes Benz. The day after the failed mot I had little faith that the Macclesfield garage had carried out an effective mot, let's face it they could have missed another dangerous item and as such sold the car and will never buy another Merc. Incidentally if you are looking to buy a Merc I recommend you think again, they are cost cutting so much that you will be paying through the nose for very low standard workmanship. The finish of interiors is cheap the paint finish poor.

I thought that I was buying into a premium brand but the customer service at Preston Mercedes Benz was shocking. Never again.
I bought a Mercedes Benz from Marshall Preston and everything has been great, had no issues at all and the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. I am really happy with the car and it was a very good price. I have already recommended this dealership and will continue to do so.
