Having just purchased our 5th car from Braintree dealership. An hour before we were due to collect our latest purchase we received a phone call to say that it has been involved in an accident. We were given a loan car until ours was repaired. It’s been 3 weeks now and we are discussed by the lack of communication from the salesman and his manager as to when the car will be ready. Debating weather to cancel the deal and found a better place to do business with.

Excellent car. Excellent ho est staff...Sean was really helpful and honest thought the whole process. The car is nearly 5 years old but manacturer approved. I thought I'd pay a lot more for a manufacturer aprooved car but didn't. If you don't want to stress about paying over the odds but want a decent used car, look no further.

I recently bought a used car (not from this branch) which I have never done before and of course something went wrong. My check engine light came on and I was able to bring drop my car in only a few days after calling. I start work quite early in the morning and the garage were happy for me to drop my car off the night before and there was no pressure to pick my car up when waiting for the warranty's response on whether they would cover the faulty part. Jackie dealt with car as part of the services department and was very informative and kind when helping me with my issue. I had to return a few times due to other problems but I cannot fault the team at all and they always kept me informed and gave me the best service I could have asked for. In addition the receptionist lady was very lovely and could not do more for the customers (sorry I didn't catch her name) Will definitely be returning for my service and if I ever need anything else in the future!

From my first contact by phone to purchase of 2 cars everything was excellent. All staff were pleasant and attended to my requirements. An excellent excellent experience.

Last Friday my husband and I collected our new Seat Ateca from Marshall Braintree. We dealt with Jahan Kabir and he was so helpful.
