So far... So good!! No probs at all. These guys really lived up to their reviews and they were great. Danny was extremely helpful and I had lots of choice whilst I was there!

Exactly what you would expect from a Defender 😎 It has been perfect. 600 miles enjoyed so far. I was looking on eBay and then decided to visit. Kenny was extremely helpful and I cannot fault him. He kept us in the loop the whole time and let us know as soon as the car was ready.

No qualms so far! Kenny is a really nice chap. Everything was done over the phone as I didn't visit the dealership and the car was absolutely as expected. The only reason the rating isn't 5 is because I haven't had the car for an extensive period of time! This wasn't a typical second-hand car sale, they were honest and I am overall really happy.

Living so far away from Marshall & Son, I had to take a look on the internet. What I saw made the trip seem more than worth it. The car was exactly how they said it would be. Kenny was super flexible on times and helped me through every step of the process. This was a genuinely good experience + these guys deserve all the praise that they are getting.

Cannot praise these guys enough! Kenneth was really attentive with me, but didn't make me feel pressured. A great balance that makes a great salesman. There was a slight issue with the power steering that cropped up and they amended it for me very quickly and free of charge. I cannot fault their service

Happy with my experience, I've had no problems and the car has been brilliant. I thought the process was really enjoyable because the team was calm throughout, which made for a comfortable experience. Also, everything was done quick and easy, so I've got no complaints.

We haven't had our Land Rover Discovery that long but we love it, it's been great to drive. The customer service from the staff at Marshall & Son Motors was fine. They were very kind and very helpful.

Good communication with the seller, I travelled down on a train and was collected at the station, test drive car back to the garage.
Asked for additional pics of any defects prior to travelling which they kindly sent. Very honest in their appraisal of the car. Fair price. Would happily buy from them again. Only niggle was they don't send log book off straight away but they did explain they wait until they know customer is happy then send it off few weeks later
