Absolutely disgusting and sickening treatment from the management. Where do i start. Sold me a vehicle illegally with outstanding recall and endless condensation/mold problems.(photos). My child has asthma and this has worsened his condition.I resorted to motor ombudsman after being fobbed off for several months and offered peanuts to repurchase the vehicle. Rob shepherd charged me 45p a mile. However the ombudsman calculation was 30p a mile. Its been over a year. Ian hurst finally agreed to settle. On his demands i had vehicle new mot and battery. They arranged recovery for over £1k. They promised me they would pay me as soon as vehicle was retrieved. It's been a week. I had to call only for to be shouted at aggressively and make excuses to devalue the vehicle. Also threathening me because ultimately they are dishonest, deceiving, immoral con men who will do anything to avoid paying me what's rightfully owed to me. They have cornered me.I do not want anyone to go through the hell me and my family are having to through to get justice from these dishonest, decieving people who only care about their own pockets. I wonder how they sleep at night. I will not accept anything less than what was promised. At a time when everyones struggling they have left me without car, money and work.

I’m only using one star, as zero stars is isn’t an option. I went over with the intention of buying the vehicle I was test driving. I won’t ever be returning to this branch, or Marshall’s group again and will also be making a further complaint to the company, not the branch. The car was not out the front ready for the test drive, this should have been my first warning of a disorganised and badly run garage. The test drive was great - would have purchased if not for the awful, customer service. My vehicle has 2 dents, from other drivers - I knew this, as did they. We were made to drive across town, with the sales rep to a bodyshop they then told us they don’t even use. I was told she’d have taken it if I wished to wait - I’m not sending a random woman off with my car across town, uninsured. We had to wait while he found faults which weren’t there. I honestly felt like I was a criminal being assessed for comitting fraud. The rep then had to run back and forth with the general manager, who only came to speak with us after we insisted as no way to run a business. They offered me £5,000 under asking price, even with the damage (I have independent quotes for the work and the car from a number of REPUTABLE garages). The manager refused to address me directly, only speaking to my father, even when asked by me and my dad directly to do so. The level of misogyny was appalling. That alone should be enough to warn any female off this company. All in all, an absolutely shocking experience. Not recommended. Date of experience: 27 July 2023

Had my car taken in for 2 different issues. Both have been a great experience for me. I contacted them short notice with a problem and had my car fixed and back within 48 hours. Matthew and Mark in the services department are very friendly as well as Valerie on the reception desk. highly recommend. I bought the vehicle from there in May 2012 and the purchasing process was easy! Thank you Marshall’s St Neots

A good sales process at Marshall Peugeot. I would not deal with them again however and would advise all to avoid. The aftersales service is shocking. My Approved Used 308 was delivered with a catalogue of faults and problems, some of which were dangerous. When trying to get these dealt with I was met with apathy and objections at all turns. The problems never did get fixed and Marshalls frankly do not care. Complaints raised are dismissed, even at the highest levels. It's your money. Spend it with people who actualy care.

We dealt with Graham at Marshall Peugeot in St Neots, he was fantastic from beginning to end. Really friendly and no pressure, the quality of the cars sell themselves, and Graham was there to provide info on the car, and help with the test drive.

Marshall Peugeot in St Neots were perfect, incredibly efficient in getting the paperwork and the car ready to go, so far the car is running lovely (I have owned it since April), I wouldn't hesitate in buying another used car from them again once I'm done with this car.
