Yesterday, Mr. Wahid Elnouzahi was most helpful and charming whilst assisting myself and Mr. Skinner in a possible purchase of an Up! car. Unfortunately, as my husband suffers from a severe neck disability, we were unable to complete a purchase of the car, as the non-adjustable car seat was too high and pressed against his neck. We just wanted to put in writing our satisfaction with the help from Mr. Elnouzahi at Motorline Coulsdon.

I was dropping the car in the morning to be checked for an oil leak, the service advisor said to me that the car will be ready around 4:15 pm, and in the mean time she will send a link with a visual check made it by the mechanic. The car wasn't ready , l had to call then , and l'm not received any link . Bad customer service from the service advisor, never use Motorline Volkswagen Couldson again.

All too true. Elderly parents experience has been appalling - supplied a car without the nut for the wheel security bolts then charging £120 to have them replaced. Bunch of jokers. Lucky parents checked the car before going to the continent, but not so lucky in having to go back to Motorline to get it resolved. Pity you have to provide 1 star just to write the review!

What a joke of a dealership. Motorline Volkswagen are more interested in taking your money than providing a good service. They have a bad customer service ethic and just seem to be too laid back about making sure their customers are happy. I took delivery of my new Tiguan in October and considering I spent over 30k for this car I just felt it was not the special experience I would have hoped. The salesman there are very slimey (maybe disingenuous) so I should have trusted my instincts and gone to another dealership. Save your hard earned cash and don't give these guys your money. They don't appreciate it!

Shocking after sales,once car is sold dealer then washes hands of any issues you may have,staff do not respond to communications and had to involve vw uk to resolve,avoid Motorline Coulsdon.

Coulsdon Motorline Volkswagen did not deliver me a good experience when buying my car. Never in my life will I take a vehicle back to a main dealer for the way they have treated me. They had said my brake pads were near metal to metal. After giving me a car that nearly caused me a severe accident I decided to take the vehicle to a specialist in Croydon that informed me that my brake pads are only 40% worn at most. I had an absolutely awful experience at Motorline Coulsdon Volkswagen. I purchased a car and found out a year later that this car has been involved in an accident prior purchasing the vehicle. When I purchased the vehicle, I asked if the car had been involved in an accident and told me no. Then when I found out that the car had been in an accident and informed Motorline they told me 'It is not their obligation to inform me'. After weeks of trying to get hold of the company, they will not collaborate or take an responsibility. I had to involve trading standards, Volkswagen themselves and Motorline would still not respect me as a customer and evaluate the car and what damages the car had previously occurred. For future reference to any customer wishing to buy a vehicle, I would advise to pay more and get a better customer service and experience else where. You never know when you may need the services from your dealership and I wish i bought my car from else where for a better standard. Basically i was totally ripped off and as long as they got their money they did not care. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
