Polestar 2 Long range dual motor Bought this used Polestar 2 due to having problems with a Volvo ex30 that had issues then that vehicle was replaced with a brand new Volvo ex30 Great car, great service from Tugay, did have a couple of issues which were dealt with thanks to him. Overall happy with car and Marshall

We used this Graage for service and MOT recently and found staff polite and helpful. India delt with all our questions professionally and nothing was to much trouble. She was able to explain everything clearly. Will return again next service.

Considered switching service provider so thought I’d try Marshall Volvo. Phoned and was told service department would ring back - nothing! Phoned 2 hours later. Same experience, same result. Phoned 3 hours later and spoke to Dealer Principal. Lots of apologies and was told he would get the service department to call me straight back. Guess what……nothing. If they won’t talk to you when you have money to spend, what will they do when you have a problem? Absolutely appalling service. I’ll stick to Bells Volvo thanks.

Enquired about a xc60 on Saturday, arranged part exchange and drove 100miles on Thursday to collect, great service from Nick and India, they made the whole process very easy. Very happy with my new car

I don’t think they understand what customer service is. I booked my car in for some work, and dropped it off on Friday morning. The book time for the work was 4 hours. At the end of Friday I called them and they said they had only done some testing and not started the work. At the end of Monday I called them and they said they had only just received the part. At the end of Tuesday I called them when they said it still wasn’t ready I requested a courtesy car but wasn’t given one. On Thursday when I called them they said it would be ready early afternoon on Friday. Now a whole week. When I called them on Friday at 1pm they said to call again later. When I called them at 4:30 they said it would be ready by 6pm. I turned up at 6pm. I waited and hour. At 7:10 when I enquired I was told it would be three more minutes. At 7:30 when I walked through into the garage to see what was going on they were still working on it. The above is not the only example of poor service from this garage. I would avoid if you want to retain your sanity.

Great staff very friendly and wide range of cars to view

Travelled from Stoke-on-Trent with my son in law to purchase a Xc90 to day I thought they customer service was awful the male that we first approached white shirt looked like he did not want there to be most of the staff appeared to be miserable considering the kind of money we where spending . I would never purchase a vehicle from that place rating 1 to 10. 1

Drove 100 miles to collect a car from Marshall Volvo Welwyn Garden City that still had issues identified at the initial test drive. Once the deal was done, communication very poor, no emails or phone calls returned, had to chase them. Had to ask for a cup of tea for my wife after 100 mile journey, toilets filthy and no loo roll (after following a member of staff). Just lacking in finesse and common courtesy in my experience. Whilst sat waiting for them to rectify the fault, we overheard a couple of customers who felt 'fobbed off' (their words not mine). All in all decided to follow my gut instinct and walk away. Received a swift refund and asked for compensation for my time/wasted travel and was ignored, again (a gesture of goodwill would have sufficed). I prefer to spend money where its appreciated. It didn't have to be like this, its really not that hard Marshall :(
