What can I say that has not already been said. Martin and Toby are a credit to the motor trade which so often get poor reviews. They broke the mould when they made Martin and Toby. They are so courteous friendly and helpful and go that extra yard to make you feel special. My purchase was trouble free and made so easy. They only deal in cars that are in perfect condition and fault free. I am delighted with my purchase (jaguar XE P250 SE). The car is in new showroom condition and is a credit to Martin Atkinson Cars and also the previous owner. It came with extremely low mileage and free next day delivery. This car is the nicest car I have ever owned and I wish there were more than five stars to give you - five is not enough. I shall recommend them to everyone and they will be my "first port of call" if I need another car. Well done you deserve all the praise you get from other reviews.

I have just purchased my latest car from Martin Atkinson Specialist Cars Ltd, this time a low mileage Audi A8 in immaculate condition with a full-service history. Martin is a totally honest and fair car dealer – somewhat unusual in these difficult times. From my house in South Devon to their showroom is 600 miles return journey. This is now my 5th purchase from them, over the past few years, In total, I must have travelled in excess of 3000 miles to purchase cars from Martin (Lexus GS300, Volvo C70, Land Rover Freelander 2, Skoda Superb 3.6 V6 and lastly, my Audi A8) One doesn’t do that repeatedly unless completely satisfied in every way. The Audi A8 was exactly as described and presented on YouTube video. Martin and has son Toby also gave me an excellent trade in amount for my part-exchange vehicle. Having now purchased FIVE x cars from them, we have both built up a great degree of trust and respect between us and again I was not disappointed on this last occasion. I travelled up over Saturday night (to avoid impending lockdown) arriving at their showroom at just after 7am Sunday morning. Martin was already there and the car was ready to drive away. That is sheer dedication and professionalism. Martin was as always, very accommodating and after a welcome coffee, made the whole purchasing process quick, easy and stress free. The cars Martin and his sons have in stock are high quality, well looked after pristine examples, presented and valeted to the very highest standards, with the Audi A8 I bought being no exception in fantastic condition. His vehicles have always been presented in an immaculate condition, better than main dealers. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his son Toby who kept me informed via email both before and after the transaction was completed. Martin and his two sons and the rest of their team have a real passion for selling cars. This can clearly be seen in the service they provide, again clearly evidenced when dealing with them. Once again, it was a total pleasure to do business with them. The whole experience was courteous, respectful, extremely friendly, relaxed, professional and totally stress free with no pressure at all. Absolute faultless customer care and attention to detail. I made two 200 mile round trips to Martin Atkinson Cars and it was well worth the effort. Martin takes great pride in the vehicles he sells and all the cars are prepared to a very high standard. I needed to transfer my personal plate to my new Chevrolet and Martin sorted this for me. I tend to change my cars every two years and I will definetly be prepared to make the journey to Scunthorpe again.

i bought a lovely low mileage 1 owner Land Rover defender off Martin Atkinson earlier this year, the defender was immaculate,, I can only give Martin a 5 star review as the buying experience was the best, there was no hassle or pressure just a easy experience ..buying cars in the second hand market is a hard thing as honesty and trust is key, martin was coneoletly honest about the defender and explained it had light commercial use previously. I have sold my defender privately now to buy something faster but I check the website just incase my next perfect car is in stock. would totally recommend martin Atkinson cars as all his cars are in lovely condition
