Sale service was Excellent service team not so good had to have few things done to it which was still a problem when we collected car phoned sales team who emailed there repair team we herd nothing so phoned on Friday same day we picked car up to be told nothing could be done until Monday but for us not to drive car so they left 2 disabled people without transport all weekend as they had no curtsy cars avalable

Purchased a Hyundai X35, Sam the sales representative was excellent , fault found on car before pick up which fixed with no hesitation from the company. No pushy sales tactics, would recommend to anyone and would have no issue purchasing from here in the future 10/10 many thanks Phil

Just like to say a big thanks to Martin Brothers again and To Kyle once again for looking after me from start to finish this is the second car we've bought from them having purchased a car for my wife in January, Fab service excellent customer service from Kyle from the test drive to picking the car up nothing was a problem would, if your looking for a quality used car I would recommend using Martin Brothers.

Got a 2011 Mondeo on finance in November 2020. I had the car 3 days and it needed a new battery and windscreen washer pump. Then 6 weeks of having the car it had water ingress, took it back to Martin Brothers and was told it wasn't their problem as I didn't take out the extended warranty which I wasn't offered. I got in touch with the finance company and was told to have an inspection on the vehicle. The car came back with several faults including oil leaks and water ingress. The problems just keep on coming turns out the side curtain airbag gas cylinders are just rust so don't work, drivers seat has a spring sticking out the back of it, drivers door drops, front parking sensors have never worked, the windscreen is coming away from the seal. The list can go on. When I purchased the car it said it will come with 12 months MOT with no advisories as all advisories would be rectified.
