Bought a car just over a year ago. Have chased and chased throughout that time for documentation they said they would email on. Never to be received. Car was sold as full service history but still haven’t sent this on! Car developed a fault which we were told by other garages would be unusual for a car of its age and mileage…. Despite ringing numerous times the manager would never call back. Kieron who sold me the car has never returned a call. Asking for a manager to call back to no avail! So I gave up and have tried to sell the car. No wonder they didn’t send documentation, a search by a very helpful man at Car Wow discovered it’s been clocked! Rang drive Vauxhall Nuneaton…stressed how important it was a manager who as usual was too busy to talk to us called me back. And no call. They have left us with a dodgy car that I’m stuck with and feel all I can do now is report them to trading standards. The motor ombudsman and the FCA. I wonder if Vauxhall are aware what they are putting their name to? Disgusting customer service The only reason they have one star is because I could leave 0!!

I was very pleased with the service i got from Vauxhall cars i give the for stars because i all way’s have my service done with them for menny years now
We had an MOT, on which we reported the fault on admissions we were happy to leave the car for 3 days and would pay on collection.. We received a call to say we could collect the car at 4pm to be told they had passed the MOT and repaired the fault. We got 3 miles down the Rd and the fault light came on. When we got they were closed so we called back and explained that we were willing to leave the car for them to correct the fault but unfortunately the fault reoccurred the manager was not helpful at all... he put it down to the way we drove it 20 yrs of using the garage, 6 cars off them to get this service they have lost our custom ... No more Grandlands off them.
AVOID! I bought a second hand Astra from them with a 1 year warranty. After 4 months, the thermostat broke, "Code 89" showing on the dash, with the fan on constantly. I took it back to them, but astonishingly they were unable to diagnose the problem which persisted. I discovered myself that the thermostat was broken. By then, the warranty had expired. I contacted Drive and gave them the correct diagnosis and requested they replace the thermostat under the terms of the warranty, which was valid at the time the problem first occurred. They refused. It's not just their refusal that irks, it's the rude attitude of some employees, especially the Service 'manager' . They frequently don't call back when they say they will, just leave you hanging. I have been nothing but courteous to them, but that courtesy is not reciprocated. They don't give a stuff about their customers - all lovely before they get your money, couldn't care less once they've had it. I will never buy from them again. BEWARE!

I have had a very pleasant experience working with Marin Rumble Vauxhall. I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa back in January. I have had no major issues with it, just a couple for very small cosmetic things that the dealer has sorted them no problem. The car was a brilliant price and All of the staff have been pleasant and friendly. I would happily recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

In January I went to Martin Rumble and bought a Vauxhall Astra and I am over the moon with it! It was clean and up to now it's running perfectly. It's worth every penny. The staff were more than helpful. Very good main dealer, I would recommend them for sure.

Terrible garage avoid at all cost!!! Sold a new vehicle with problems from day one and refused to accept the problems, after long case with the ombudsman they finally have to take the vehicle back and refund the money
Paul & Tom are fantastic lads, absolute pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, honest and informative which are traits hard to find in car dealers. The bouquet of flowers for the wife was a tremendous gesture. I can't recommend them enough.
