I question to the extent of what an MOT means from this car dealership. And to what value their warranty is. Our car was faulty within a month of buying, so I took it in and their mechanic agreed, but Martlesham Car Centre didn't. They wouldn't resolve the issue and now having to spend £100s on fixing the problems an MOT should have picked up. Very disappointed as they came across well, shame once u drove off there forecourt your no longer a valued customer.

I had no problems the car was cleaned perfectly great service and communication from the staff will certainly return again when I want to change my car I would also recommend this dealer to my friends and family

Had a few issues with the car to start with.....These were quickly resolved and I didn't feel intimidated with being a single mum. The young lad was very helpful and I haven't personally experienced any of the problems that others have mentioned above. Only criticism is that the car wasn't as clean as I would have wanted when collecting. I would definitely buy from them again though.

Please do not risk buying here, car broke down straight away and no communication about repairs,too slow to repair or update customer falsely advertised mot length, had to fight for my money back and still ended up out of pocket.
