Purchased a very low mileage A Class Mercedes Automatic car from Sonny, For my 80 year old Mother in law, She could not get there due to COVID 19 So had car delivered by MCC, Driver scraped the car prior to delivery, it arrived with NO SERVICE HISTORY, AS HE DESCRIBED, NO SECOND KEY and most definitely NOT IMMACULATE!! ACCUSED US" OF DAMAGE, NEVER EVEN DROVE THE CAR! Also previous accident damage poorly repaired visible. RETURNED it to be out of pocket by £295, he was totally dishonest, and an unscrupulous used car salesmen, all round a horrible experience.
I am awarding Sonny 5 stars for the quality of the A class Mercedes, that I bought from him. I had a front brake pad warning light come on after 3 months, I phoned Sonny who said he would pay to have new pads all round, no quibbles or fuss. sent me a cheque next day. I found Sonny to be honest and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending Marylebone Car Centre.

Bought Audi A3 in October 2014, my fault being inexperienced, I paid 2k more than the car was worth, it came with full history again my fault for not fully understanding the extra work that was needed, new cambelt, new tyres, internal water leak too, which required new cylinders. Wished I never had bought this car. He sold me the car knowing there was an internal water leak, I should have taken it back. Again inexperienced and my fault. I would not recommend this dealer. I;ve spent on top of the 9k buying this car, about 4k on repairs. Now I know what to look for in a car after this purchase.
