Master cars gezina sold me car with water problem they delivered the car on the 30 sep 2020 on the 04 November i reported that the car is using lot of water bt yesterday on 11 March 2021 thet told me y i bring the car today they said if the fix it i have to pay for parts then i took the car from their work shop before i could get out of pretoria the car was mixing water and oil
I was told the light coming on the screen was the side door not closing properly which I accepted as the truth. Also shown in advert lots service history but that was only upto 83,000 van was on 153,000 then to only to find out 40 miles later the engine light come on and now its a new engine or scrap £1300 wasted!

Sell faulty vechicles avoid like the plague By Andrew D | 25 Jun 2020 Bought a Vauxhall vivaro from them. The ecu went within weeks of buying. Cost more to repair than the cost of the van. Absolutely avoid this place. Also if you check them out on google reviews pay close attention. Notice how most of their positive reviews have history of only ever giving 1 review. Think about what that means for yourself
Very disgusted how my call was handled by a woman and a dodgy m.o.t was sold to a friends car and had very bad experience always fobbing you off. They take your money and run. Please stay well clear away from Master cars Blackburn.

Absolutely rubbish. The cars are are old scrapers. Please be aware of them . They don’t pressure you because they know they are selling rubbish cars . I looked under a couple of cars and saw rust and even some welding on one . I ended up going elsewhere for a car . I would go elsewhere and pay more out for a reliable car that is safe for you . They don’t deserve any stars .

This car company needs shutting down . They buy scrappers and fake the mot as they have a garage just round the Conner . We made a mistake buying from here , got money bk after going through court . They patch them up and sell on , they don’t care if the vehicle has bad brakes as they don’t check if they need replacing. The manager thinks she knows it all but she don’t. They sold a car to a neighbor of mine and within a week they had to spend out to get it sorted out . I’m not talking a couple of hundred but nearly 1000 on the car . New brakes new exhaust ,new head gasket and new seat belts . Their warranty’s means nothing if u take it to a garage that anit theirs ur not covered.

Very very unprofessional call and very rude was the pathetic woman on the phone. disgusting dirty scrap cars please do not visit or buy from these very veeeeeery bad experience. will be reporting them as they sell with dodgy m.o.t as been sold to a friend. Please stay away from Master cars Blackburn.
