Unfortunately, my mum purchased a car from Master Cars Biggleswade. She was Sold a overprice Skoda, in the 9 weeks of ownership the car has developed 2 Fault Accelerator Throttle body & Airconditioning Fault. On Reporting fault Accelerator Throttle body issue, Kevin blamed me her son because I was driving the car at the time fault occurred, very unprofessional. If you do buy a car from them, Please bring a Technician or get AA inspection to give car a once over. steps my mum didn't take and now she stuck with a car worth 4k less than she paid 9 weeks after purchasing.
Mastercars Biggleswade Ltd from Mastercars Biggleswade Ltd in response to poor customer service, overpriced cars
Very sad that people who write these reviews cannot be honest, This lady did buy a car from us but decided not to involve her son in the dealings. When she bought the car it was advertised on Autotrader and showed as a GOOD PRICE and the lady loved the car. A problem did arise with the throttle body and this was replaced under warranty with no Quibble, the air conditioning just required a gas top up which is a service item and again was carried out at no cost to the customer once our air con machine had been serviced. Some time later her son rang demanding that we fix the cruise control on his mothers car , THE CAR WAS NOT FITTED WITH CRUISE CONTROL but was fitted with a speed limiter which was working perfectly. So the Son is now writing reviews which are inaccurate and misleading perhaps his time could be better spent elsewhere! I will leave the reader's of this reply to come to their own conclusions.
Absolutely disgusting service, My daughters first car since passing her test and its been an absolute nightmare for her to drive .. completely unacceptable - so many things wrong with the car she’s nervous to drive it. it has stopped dead on the motorway imagine how scary that is for her .. worn tires that look like they've never been replaced, I have sent 3 emails not one reply, had to keep phoning and at last spoke to kevin he said its wear and tear she’s had the car 10 months and drives it only at the weekend drove 1000 miles since buying it. had numerous conversations with him .. sent them what needs to be done to the car and was told to get it back to them baring in mind we live in Northolt and they’re in Biggleswade the car is unsafe to drive that far, they won’t collect although they delivered .. even the seat belts are faulty .. it looks great but its really a heap of junk .. really cannot emphasise enough to go elsewhere .. going to get in touch with the motor ombudsman .. I can’t let her drive it what a waste of £7000

Mastercars Biggleswade Ltd from Mastercars Biggleswade Ltd in response to Stay clear of this dealership
Miss Scimia took delivery of this car having had it inspected and test driven on her behalf prior to buying it. The car was advertised and supplied with one key. After some months the car allegedly developed a gearbox problem, but she was insistent that she did not want to bring the car back to us and wanted it looked at locally to where she lived. She took the car to two garages who by her own admission could find no fault with the car, Eventually after ten months, and after the MOT had expired, the car was returned to us to be looked at. On inspection it was noted that the car had been heavily kerbed on one of the front wheels. An independent gearbox specialist inspected the gearbox and found a broken part that was wholly consistent with the vehicle having hit a kerb or a pot hole. Nevertheless, the gearbox was repaired at no cost to the owner. In agreement with the customer, we arranged for an MOT to be carried out, and the customer agreed to pay for the repairs necessary for it to pass. This customer is now having a tantrum because we will not refund her in full and expect her to pay for the MOT repairs, she authorised. EditDelete
**STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR DODGY WORKSHOPS** I’d stay well clear of this company going forward. I was sold a 17k van with a broken seat belt buckle whilst they claim it had a valid MOT. The van was making noises straight away when changing gear which turned out to be the gear box mount which they claim they had sorted but this was masking another fault which turned out to be a damaged CV boot and joint as per a report from elsewhere which I had forwarded to them but they did not fix. The speakers were broke. It cost me several days from work and several visits taking it back to them and still left with issue. Fast forward 9 months and several hundred pounds I’ve since found out the adblue system had been disabled at some point before being sold to me making it an illegal transaction. They were quick to dismiss my claims and effectively called me a liar but this could of ended up costing me in further fines as I regularly commute to London and further more could of voided my insurance. They have made absolutely no attempt to make things right and as such I’m now perusing legal action against them along with reporting to trading standards and DVLA. **STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR DODGY WORKSHOPS**
