I bought a car for my daughter and whilst the car itself is fine I wasn't too impressed with the customer service. When we went in they were busy, we spoke to the salesman about what we wanted and why we wanted it, he showed us to a vehicle and then disappeared and eventually passed us onto another member of staff. We struggled to be able to speak to anyone and felt ignored. Not a great customer experience.

I've had quite a hassle with Masters Citroen, I pointed out a squeaking noise during the test drive which they said they would check out, once I got the car it was clear they hadn't and it had to go straight back to them with brake issues as well as other faults, they are rectifying the issue but the customer service has been poor, they haven't been very good at getting back to me and getting them to acknowledge the fault in the first place was a struggle. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.
