The day before our service was due, we received a phone call saying our car couldn't be serviced in the time they allocated me. poor excuse was given and a load of waffle, poor administration and totally unprofessional. I've never had this problem with the local garages for my van and at half the price. Matford Land Rover get your act together!

bought my brand new Land Rover discovery sport in November 2020 When I drove off not being familiar with the instrumentation I did not notice the fuel gauge, which when I had time to get a bit more aquatinted with the car I saw the gauge was on red and in desperate need of fuel, the garage could only have put the minimum amount in. I had paid a £250 deposit on a used vehicle which when I decided on a new vehicle was no longer necessary and should have been returned immediately, Helston Land Rover did not understand this consept and hung on to the money and it took several reminders to get a refund. After a week of ownership some of the interior door trim. fell off and I got a recall for electrical work! On inspection of the tool kit I noticed the absence of a jack, wheel brace and triangle, I dont know if these ares extras but they are listed on the digital website as part of the tool kit. Conclusion. This Dealership does the minimum required and therefore I conclude that it is run by accountants for accountants.

Bought a Discovery Sport from this dealership and have had a mixed experience since of the service department. Recently tried numerous times to get a service appointment on the telephone eventually had to leave a message on the system. Two weeks later I am still awaiting a return call. Roger Young in Plymouth actually answer the telephone and provide an excellent service.
