I was needing a daily runaround so started to take a look on Auto Trader. Maude Motor Company had a Ford Focus advertised which fit the bill, so I reached out to Matt. I'd actually bought another car from a friend of his the week prior, and found him to be really easy going. We both had a good chat about cars and realised we had loads of common ground. He showed me around the car, pointed out any minor dinks or dents, and let me go out on a good test drive. He didn't specify a route and suggested a route that included motorways which was helpful. The whole process was quick, stress free and absolutely no pressure. This business has only just started up recently the professionalism and care that I was provided with was 10/10 all day long right from the start. The man who dealt with me came across in a very friendly manner and sounded as though he genuinely cared about his customers along with the vehicles/services he provided, even went out of his way to drop off the car and go through all the paperwork/questions/ test drive only a few hours before he had to catch a FLIGHT.
