I’m really happy with both the car and the service I received from Maundrell’s. I bought a Porsche Cayman back in December and noticed a small issue early on, but the team resolved it almost immediately which was super efficient I’m genuinely impressed with how they operate. John, the salesman, was thoughtful and not pushy at all. He explained my options clearly and walked me through everything in a straightforward no-nonsense way that I really appreciated. It was a 5-star experience without a doubt.

I’ve bought my last three cars from Maundrell’s as I tend to change them every couple of years. I keep going back because the they're a nice bunch — friendly, not pushy and they never use hard sales tactics. They just let you browse and make your decision at your own pace which is much appreciated.

John was a pleasant salesperson. Honest, transparent, and informative. I had a wonderful experience buying my Audi from him. I am not one of those people who gives maximum scores, so I gave it a 4 out of 5, but everything was still very positive.

Last month, I bought my BMW from Maundrell & Co in Wantage, and i'm really enjoying it right now. I have no complaints about Darren or Luke, who assisted me with the purchase; they made my life much easier by doing almost all of the work except for me having to sign a few documents. An outstanding five-star service all around.

So when I found out he’d moved to Maundrell & Co., I knew exactly where I needed to go for my next car purchase. As expected, Darren didn’t disappoint; his customer service is second to none, and I trust him completely. Before I bought my Audi, I needed new tires for my old car, so I spoke with Jonny at the dealership. He was absolutely brilliant, and he got me a better deal than I had been quoted elsewhere. On top of that, they went the extra mile by picking me up, taking me to the tire place, and even bringing me back. And as if that wasn’t enough, they also gave my old car a full valet! When I went to finalise the purchase of my Audi, I was offered tea and cake, which was a lovely touch that really made me feel valued as a customer. The level of care and service at Maundrell & Co. is truly amazing, and it’s clear why they’ve earned a well-deserved 5-star rating.

I can’t speak highly enough about the experience we had at Maundrell & Co. when buying our Mercedes. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The salesman was an absolute geezer; he made us feel right at home, offering us a lovely cup of coffee and walking us through the history of the car in such detail. What really impressed us though was how we were treated. Even though the car we bought was one of the more affordable options in their stock, we were treated like we were purchasing an Aston Martin or one of their high-end Porsches. There was no drop in the standard of service, no difference in the quality of care or attention—just top-tier, five-star treatment. And then there was that little personal touch: when they put a note on our Mercedes that said, “Don’t touch me; I’m going home with Clive and Mandy today,” referring to our new car. It brought a tear to my partner’s eye; it was such a special moment. It’s those kinds of personal gestures that make the experience unforgettable.
