Outstanding dealership and a really good experience buying my Mazda from Maundrell's & Co. They clearly focus on a specific part of the market and really know what they’re doing. For the type of cars they sell, they’re excellent. The team are super people, very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. What stood out to me was the level of service. I mentioned I was coming down on the train, and, without any expectation of selling me a car, they offered to pick me up from the station and bring me over. That says a lot about how they treat their customers. They’re obviously a low volume, high value motor dealer that focuses on bringing value to their clients, and it really shows in the way they operate. The Mazda has been absolutely fine as well. For the market they serve, I’d definitely say they’re a five star dealership.

I was looking for this exact Supra and Maundrell had it! I am actually from Scotland so I drove down through the night and when I got there they were really welcoming. They offered me coffee and everything and it was just quick and easy no hassles with them buying my previous car either. 10/10 for John it was just so easy definitely the best marks.

John was really really nice he took everything steadily step by step it was all good. I found it all very good actually. There is something I need to follow up on with the tyre repair kit that comes with the car as when I was picking it up I asked if its out of date, and it was so I am just waiting for my new one but I will call Maundrell about this. It was just all extremely painless.
