I cannot thank the guys down at Maundrell & Co enough for the experience I had. We drove quite a long while and we had our little one with us, he was a little ratty and tired after the drive but the staff did not fail to help him out a little, distracted him and gave him some toys to play with whilst I had a look at the car, this was greatly appreciated, there's not many dealerships that would do that. It also meant we could have a god look around the car without rushing or worrying. The customer service was simply brilliant and I have got to say that I have never experienced better service at a dealership, they just could not do enough for us. Just good as gold if you ask me. P.S The Range Rover is absolutely amazing. Nothing but a big bad FIVE!!

The car is running perfectly so far, and I'm enjoying getting used to it. The customer service met my standards, the sales team was helpful and friendly, and the car was as described and as expected. Although there was a minor issue with the windshield, it was promptly sorted out. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating.

I would rate 5 stars for this experience. I purchase a well nice VW Golf, its now booked in for its first oil change and inspection, everything has been smooth running since the purchase. I was dealing with a salesman called John who was a really nice chap, he was patient and easy going which highly satisfied me. The process was certainly efficient. I am very pleased.

This is the second time I have been to Maundrell & Co now, the reason I came back was the fact their customer service is provided at such a high level, exceeded standards always. The main reason I first visited Maundrell was the attraction of them branded a Porsche specialist. I wanted to buy a vehicle from a trusted, recognised dealership, who I could rely on, should I need it. I actually wouldn't go any where else now to purchase a car in the future. As well as specialising in Porsche's they seem to have fantastic knowledge of cars in general, and a passion for what they do, its great to see high standards. I would say the staff at Maundrell's also specialise in customer service, it is absolutely fantastic through-out with nothing going unnoticed. I highly recommend.

These guys have been brilliant and I really appreciated what they did. I was traveling from quite a distance, I was running a few hours late and there was somebody else that was trying to buy the car... I had shown interest in the car and was planning on buying it upon seeing it as advertised. Without applying pressure, they called to say there was a walk-in on the car, but they were happy to hold it given I was still interested. The salesman actually turned the walk-in away and held the car for me as first in line, there is not many salesman that would do that, usually a sale is a sale. I felt they prioritised me as a customer, and I really appreciated/respected that level of care. The car has been driving exactly as it should be and is in tip-top condition throughout the whole motor. I'm super happy and would strongly recommend this dealership as a reliable, trustworthy and professional outlet!

It was my first time down at Maundrell and I was pretty blown away, very much like 'wow, oh ok', the set up they have is incredible!! I purchase a beautiful Aston Martin Vantage that I am exceedingly happy with. Lovely spot and very nice people.
