Great experience up until payment was made and the car was collected. After sales customer service is garbage. Noticed a few faults with the vehicle and made the dealership aware. Consistently told they'd be back in contact but have yet to return a call or deal with the issue. Mileage higher than advertised, windscreen damaged, violent vibrations over 70mph. Extremely disappointed to say the least. They've now tried to haggle the price of carrying out the repairs on the vehicle (I've arranged these myself) - absolute joke of a company
I returned a problematic car 3 days ago and still haven’t received a penny back!! Owed £34500! Don’t buy from here.Even allowed a £2000 deduction to be nice and now left without a car or the money!

0 stars!! Terrible service! After calling up to check it had full service history and being told it does. We drive for 2 hours only to be told it only has the half arsed service they did on it where they didn't even bother topping the oil up. No apology, just blamed it on whoever we spoke to previously. Would not recommend

Max Motors 2 is a joke of a company please avoid. Found a car I wanted and offered to secure it with a deposit And a lady called Sue refused she said it’s better to come down any buy it as they can’t hold the car. Had a call today from a someone else who told me the car has been secured for me to collect tomorrow. I went and booked a train ticket as I am coming from Leeds. Just got called now to say it’s sold. The company made me spend money on a train for noting. Disrespectful at least offer to reimburse me but they refused. Avoid at all cost! We agreed a price now they are saying the sold it for full price .
I finally found the car that I was looking for, online, at Max Motors2. It was exactly what I was looking for, the problem for me was that they were based 220 miles from where I live, and I was reluctant to make a 440 mile round trip based purely on the photos and description of the car on their website. I called their office and spoke to 'Sue', who was extremely helpful, friendly and very patient with the many subsequent calls that I made to her with numerous questions about the car. Based on Sue's answers to my questions I made the 4 hour journey to Max Motors2 and was very pleased with the car, it was exactly as Sue had described, including very minor blemishes that she had previously mentioned, and had sent me pictures of. I was left alone with the car to inspect it, followed by a test drive, with no sales pressure whatsoever. Sue arranged the car tax and temporary 'drive home' insurance cover. The car drove perfectly during my journey home. Altogether, a very pleasant and hassle-free experience. Many thanks to Sue and MM2. John

Traveled 2 hours to view a car at Max Motors 2 and on arrival I was informed the car had no service history. However the day before they failed to mention this vital information on the phone. Rude, unprofessional service. AVOID!!!!!

Hi Adam, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience with our company, to avoid disappointment We do feel customers should read the description before making their journey, There was no mention of service history on this particular vehicle on the advert, So therefore it's not our fault! We as a professional car sale company hand pick our stock and only sell high quality. We ensure all our vehicles are presented at a very high standard and are fully inspected, serviced, mot'd and sold with a warranty despite being the cheapest in Uk.
10 OUT OF 10 TO MAX MOTORS 2 LTD. PERFECT FROM START TO FINISH. WILL RECOMMEND 100%.

Over all great experience, excellent customer service, very friendly workers and very welcoming. Know all aspects and details of the car I enquired about so would do definitely recommend. Quick to get in contact with, answer phone calls straight away and offer appointments as soon as possible which were suitable to my time. Great work, keep it up! Excellent service from Max 2 Motors.

Nice glossy photos that look great but Max Motors 2, sells cars with known defects that are hidden from customers. When I question the problems they just reply with its got a service history..very rude on the phone ..stay well away from these cowboys or you will be very sorry later.
