I travelled 120 miles to their show room to test drive an Audi at Maxprime Motors. After paying a non refundable £100 deposit we test drove the car and after identifying some issues agreed a purchase. The aircon was not working and they kindly reduced the price by £100 for the re gassing of the system. I took the car for re gassing and this was unsuccessful due to a leak in the system. I contacted MP and was told the £100 was for the air con fault. £215 later it was fixed. With the car covering just 300 miles since purchase it developed a knock, I contacted MP outlining the issue and was asked “ has it broken down?”. I had no further contact from them. Now £1276 later after servicing, the oil filter had not been changed in a long while and the fuel cam, cam chain tensioner, oil pick up and crank breather valve change it’s ok. This car had not been ‘just serviced’. Oh and the front wing was so corroded and bodged up it had to be replaced along with the rear tailgate. Nightmare of a purchase. I’m sorry I have to leave such feedback but it all happened. Be aware.

Plase avoid Maxprime Motors at all costs , clearly thinks he is above the law and when challenged with "the consumer right act 2015 which entitles a full refund if car is faulty within 30 days", he then refused to talk, and stated he had nothing more to say. An absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. Selling cars that not only are faulty but also stating car had full service history which again was a lie . This man would sell his own mother if he could get away with making a quick £ and then lie to cover his seedy little low life act . Disgraceful, Dishonest, Disrespectful and an absolutely vile common crook. Stay away from this company at all costs

Phoned Alex salesperson Maxprime Motors at 9am Sat 24th Nov told Alex that I am leaving now is car still for sale as my home is 120 mile away and got cash was told by Alex that car ready to view and would not sell it till I got there said she would phone me if anyone was interested in it. I phoned Alex again at 10:05 told Alex would be there about 11:00 Alex said would see me then. At 10:45 Alex phones to say they sold the car THANKS 20 miles to go Sales bonus must be more important than there word don't trust what they say THANKS ALEX

After I'd purchased my vehicle from Maxprime Motors, I had to take it back for an unforeseen repair needed. They were incredibly helpful, went above and beyond to sort the issue for me and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service at Maxprime. I would certainly recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a quality used vehicle.

I bough a Ford Focus from Maxprime Motors and am very happy with my purchase. One of the doors (central looking) had a intermittent fault, this was not covered under the in-house warranty, I called the dealer and with no fuss was asked to bring the car in so they could have a look at it. The mechanics stopped what they were doing and I was given 100% priority The service was friendly throughout the purchase and the same standard was kept on the after care. Thank you guys @ MAXPRIME.

I brought a van from this dealership, and within 4 days after purchasing it wouldn't start. Phoned up to explain the situation, and all they said was bring it in and we will have a look. Considering I live over 50 miles away, this was not an option, which i explained to them. They didn't seem to care, and said if anyone else touches the vehicle I would loose my warranty... what use is the warrenty when I can't use it due to the distance! Appalling service. Do not use them. Once you have paid and are out the door they don't care.

A very bad experience with a car purchased from MaxPrime Motors, by family member. uncaring especially after you have signed and they have your money, We should have gone with our instincts as soon as we saw the dodgy place they operate from. The car was a lemon but brushed up to sell and did look clean and tidy. Please re-think when you see a car advertised from this dealer.

So after purchasing a car from Maxprime Motors, i got told it only comes with one key, I then drove away to find the brakes were binding so i had to take it straight back as they agreed to fix it. Now a week later i picked it back up and after getting home i found a heavy leak of brake fluid dripping by the brake they'd 'fixed'. I called RAC out and they took off the wheel to find they had stuck on the same badly burnt black pad and disc from when it was binding, the caliper bolts were completely rounded off, cables wernt put back into the slots and banjo bolt was lose, I was told the car was really dangerous and illegal to drive and the work they had carried out was horrific, i refused to pay £200 to take it back to them and even if they did pick it up (which they wouldnt) i wouldnt allow them near the car again, so i got it fixed at a local garage. A couple weeks on and the DSG gearbox failed so RAC ran diagnostics to find that there was also cylinders misfiring along with a faulty climate control and radio antenna. I asked for a refund on the car as it was clearly a dud and of which 'Alberto' turned around and said no chance, "you dont have a legal leg to stand on", so i called the finance company and got a full refund, well done Maxprime.
