Maxprime Motors were helpful, considerate and fair in their approach and a pleasure to deal with them.
We recently bought a Vauxhall Zafira Elite in April 2017 which we were informed had a lot of work done and was running well. After 4 weeks the car completely died on us and now we have over £800 repair costs which he is saying is not covered by the 3 month warranty and was very uncaring that we had experienced these issues. The manifold was gone and after being looked at by a reputable independent engineer he had informed us that the manifold flaps had been disconnected recently allowing more use of the part before failing. Now when we brought this car we were informed that it had a full inspection of all mechanical parts and was in good working order. And so we paid just short of £3600. DO NOT BUY FROM MAXPRIME IN HOOK AS THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND AS SAID PREVIOUS THEY PROVIDE NO AFTERCARE AT ALL AND SAY PROVE THE CAR WAS LIKE THIS BEFORE YOU BOUGHT IT!
Good service. I bought a Vauxhall Zafira from here in September. So far I have had no issues with it and it was clean and in good condition when I received it. The dealers were friendly and the car was a good price. They gave me a pretty reasonable part exchange. I would recommend this dealership.

I bought a Ford Mondeo from here back in August. The cart did have some faults that took a while to resolve and the dealership used half of a full tank of fuel whilst doing tests on it which they did not offer to replace. The repairs took 3 weeks in total and I was not provided with a courtesy car. Although the car is working fine now, I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

I purchased a Hyundai from this dealership back in June. I traded in my Mini for a very good price. The car was in really nice condition and very good condition and I have only had a couple of minor issues that I have managed to get sorted myself. I am very happy and would recommend Maxprime Motors to my friends and family.

Everything was okay when I bought my VW Passat from Maxprime Motors! I would recommend them. They were really helpful and I have had no issues with the car! I purchased the vehicle in May. Very happy.

The was the worst dealership I have dealt with. I had the car for 5 weeks before the car started having problems with the timing chain. This is an £800 repair and the dealership didn't want to know when I contacted them about it. he said he would only look at the car if I drove it all the way back to them which there is no way I'm going to do because the car is dangerous to drive. They have been so unhelpful and arrogant about it and I am extremely disappointed.
