“Don’t spend your hard earned money with MB BRENT PARK as they treated me so unfairly, I brought a car from them around 11 months back, it was a 2017 A class with 34000 miles. I did only 4000 miles in the car for that period and as I was driving it recently, the car lost power and excessive smoke was coming from the exhausts. I took it to Mercedes to get them to diagnose the issue and they reported, the injectors have failed and this has damaged the pistons, Piston rings, Turbo and injectors and they advised I need to replace the engine and they have quoted £15k to complete these works and not even owning the car for a year, I was disappointed and angry as with these works. The total value I will be paying for the car is £31k. I contacted MB BRENT Park to see what they are going to do about it and they blamed me and said it was my fault and I should have taken but extended warranty, I stressed to them, the has 38000 miles and I have only driven it for 4000 of these miles but the manager who I was specking to kept saying, it’s is your fault so I asked if he could get there senior management to contact me to discuss so we can try to resolve amicably. I have had no one even try to get in touch. When the car failed, I was on the motorway with my family and baby of 1 year old and it was so scary to just lose power and smoke coming from the back and they didn’t have any sympathy for my ordeal at all. MB BRENT PARK feel they can take your hard earned money and sell you a defected/substandard car and get away with it. I am highlighting these facts as I don’t want any one to go through what I had to injure and believe me it wasn’t nice. Ladies and gentlemen please don’t spend your hard earned money with MB BRENT PARK as they do not care about there customers safety or there customers on a whole. They are out to make big profits at any means necessary and we need to make a stand against this but putting them out of business as they should not be allowed to provide services to the public.

Literally everything has gone wrong. Impossible to deal with, manager refuses to speak to you. Even got my name and house number wrong so I still haven’t got my log book after 8 weeks. Sold a car with 2 bald tyres and the engine warning lights came on after just a few hours. They are NOT an official Mercedes dealer. Avoid at all costs as you WILL regret it.

I bought a car from this rogue car dealer recently, I paid a deposit and financed the rest. Initially I thought this bunch of liars were professional till I started having issues with the car. Barely 30 mins after purchase, I had to make an emergency stop on the motorway as there was a loose flap under the car, added to this the battery was bad and the engine management light (EMT) came on. I took the car back, the flap was fixed and the battery was changed however the car had the lingering issue of the EMT. I live 35 miles away and had to go back to them 4 times within a 2 week period leaving the car with them twice at my cost whilst this issue persisted costing me approx £200. Frustrated and within my rights, I rejected and returned the car less than 3 weeks after purchase. These rogues claim I asked for it to be fixed and have therefore “rejected” the return. Thankfully I have video evidence and pics which I have submitted in my complaint to the Finance company which part financed the purchase. I have also submitted email correspondence between myself and the rogues pointing out their inconsistencies and outright lies. Still waiting to hear from the Finance Company the status of my complaint. I have gone further with my complaint and can only wait for the outcome. Pls pls, save yourself stress. Run away from Haydar, Amin,Ali, and their master Hussain.

Purchased my new E 350 convertible from them two days ago. Haidar was there from the very beginning to walk me through all my questions but did not push me too hard. He also helped with providing the warranty for the next two years. Very happy with the whole experience, Recommend to anyone!!
