Bought myself a lovely C250 AMG at the weekend from these guys after doing extensive research. Really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. What's more, they have some really fantastic, quality cars at much lower prices than you will get anywhere else. The negative comments below are from trollers. I, for one, am a very happy customer and will return.

Worst customer service after you have PAID your hard earned cash for your car. Beforehand they are all smiling and there isn't a thing they can not do for you.......but once your MONEY is taken, then you discover issues with the car and WHAM BAM, they change. 'Oh that's wear and tear', 'no, we didn't say we would repair this for you' etc etc. Learnt my lesson the hard way. They are selling themselves as a SPECIALIST and NOT a DEALERSHIP! Please if you can avoid these, do so, i beg you PLEASE!! Use the dealership on the main road (North Circular), I went and bought a second merc from them and they were outstanding. MB Park Royal. On collecting my car, opened the bonnet and hey presto, cobwebs and NOT valeted as PROMISED. Couldn't be bothered to say, as was just excited about my new car.

I bought my CLS 63 AMG from MB Brent Park excellent and friendly customer service even received a follow up call today asking how my service was.

Great place. Huge with lots of variety which is amazing. Good that you're able to get insurance there too. All the sale's assistants we did speak to were all really nice and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Will definitely come back here again.

Hi guys, I bought a car c class from MB Brent Park and honestly it was the worst decision I have ever made, I found them conniving in every aspect of the after sale. I won't mention anymore details as I am going to take them to court. And every so often the change the business name as it was called All Saints Auto and they changed it to avoid getting caught with the number of complaints they receive.

I have just purchased my E250 AMG Sport, I had an amazing time at MB Brent throughout all the sales process. I would definitely recommend this used Mercedes dealership to all my friends and family.

We recently purchased a vehicle from this company and pre delivery I cannot fault them. Very helpful and welcoming however the car was delivered at midnight which obviously we couldn't see if there were any faults as it was dark, the who drove the car up said it Had been valleted.The following day we went around the car inside and out and noted the following issues: 1. Muddy footprint on the rear passenger seat 2. 3 missing tyre caps 3. Sticky candy stuck in the centre console 4. Filthy carpets 5. Fingerprints all over the black ash 6. Dusty everywhere 7. Dirty windows inside We spoke to the guys at the dealership firstly to Ahmed who delivered it he was polite and noted down my issues and said he would pass it on and get Merdi to ring me back, this never happened. I then sent an email with pictures and received no correspondence so we rang again and was told they had no record of any correspondence at all regarding this. We then has some work done on the alloys 2 weeks later and was told by the garage we used that we had 2 illegal tyres! My husband rang again as this was the icing on the cake to be told they were fine and just legal on delivery, Ahmed then told my husband to basically stop being so picky!!!! When we work hard to buy nice things and spend £22,000 on a car which was not up to scratch and to then be told to stop moaning is an absolute disgrace. I work for trading standards and this is absolutely not acceptable. Brent Park Ltd are quick to sell you a vehicle but don't expect any aftercare as its non existent and they turn on you. I am sure after reading this they will turn this around however as an employee with trading standard I have always recorded phone calls and printed off emails.

Beware of this seller. You could see traces from interior trims and out side repainted works. My car was full of scratch on the windows and interior trims. It was so late when I found my car was a taxi driven one. More over the tyres were all fully worn from inside. We never notice this during the buying process. I had to immediately spend a 1000 pounds for the tyres, brake pads and discs. This is with regards to a purchase of an E Class 220, Saloon 2015 plate for £20490 with Reg. LP15FMJ. I tried to resolve this issues with Adam but were very rude. Their after sale is nothing but shouting and rude behaviours. Guys never ever buy any cars from them.
