I have had an amazing experience with MB Brent Park i went in to see a 2012 B-Class that i saw on their website i read the description of the car because i was hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but in all honesty i recommenced to anyone looking for a good time and buying a good car. The car i went for had top specs and match everything in the description and before i leave they took it to the valet for me and bought it be new. thank you guys at MB Brent Park

I have just bought our new family car from this dealership and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience as the staff could not be more helpful. I had to wait a bit as they were busy, but this is understandable as I was given undivided attention once somebody could see me. Great service at MB Brent Park. Nice showroom.

Just purchased an almost new Mercedesi from MB Brent park. Every aspect of the transaction has been very good, from the initial contact to the collection of the car. The vehicle was exactly as described (and beautifully prepared on collection day), the price was just right and all communications polite, friendly and efficient. I wish all transactions were this easy. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a Mercedes.

MB Brent Park are thoroughly dishonest, took them to court and won the case but they ignored the ruling. I do not recommend this used car dealer to anyone.

After looking at the reviews on MB Brent Park, I was quite nervous about checking their cars out. As I was looking for a white c-class coupe with panoramic roof, I found the exact specs at MB Brent Park. So I decided to go there since I live locally and wouldn’t take so long. When I got there, a young man offered me a drink and helped me out by showing me around the car. After looking at the car, I wanted a test drive as I wanted to see if I was comfortable and so I went for one. I looked at the paper work and was happy with everything. As I completed the paper work, the car went for a valet and was ready for me to take away as soon as I had finished. So happy with my purchase and will go back again to upgrade.

Dear buyers, I bought a C Class Mercedes Benz from MB Brent Park. I thought they are specialist people for Mercedes. WRONG WRONG. They charge me £3000 for the car which is not even worth £1000. When I went to ask them about this and problems they were so rude and opened their hand that they can't do it. Mr. Hussain is the manager who sold the car with the engine management warning light on, told me that the car has a problem with the sensor and cost me £300 to fix. When I went to check with the warranty they sold me, it didn't cover the fault. I finally spent £2000 for cam shaft chain. I strongly advise people please don't go there and find a proper Mercedes company to get the car.
I would recommend paying for your own pre purchase AA check for any vehicle purchased from MB Brent Park. In spite of being told the car had received a thorough pre sale check I incurred £2k of bills immediately for a car that cost £15k on items that ought to have beeb spotted and which made the car unsafe to drive over any distance. The failures were immediate and the response of MB Brent Park dismissive and false. Currently seeking a legal view.************************************************************* UPDATE OCTOBER 2015, Following an earlier review, all attempts to resolve the faults with the car at purchase have been rejected or ignored so the matter is now progressing to court. Any used car from this dealership should be independently checked as their own checks were clearly non existent insofar as the car I purchased was concerned. A £15k has required a £5k garage bill for essential repairs in order to make the car road safe. Happy customers here are lucky customers.

I'd be interested to know how you get on with the legal proceedings. I have taken them to court, and won. I have also contacted Trading Standards and the last I heard was that they were being investigated. Hopefully something will come of this.

Do not recommend MB Brent Park to anyone, unless you are looking for stressful times and headaches. Promises not kept, described information not true, they misled me. Before the sale they are like your friend afterwards they just don't care.

I have had the car I purchased from MB Brent Park less than 3 months. I paid cash and have had an ongoing problem with it from 2 weeks in. The staff I have come across since things have gone wrong are rude and unhelpful. Will be contacting Trading Standards. 01/06/2015
