Thought I’d talk about my experience with MB BRENT PARK for the public to understand that all business have bad reviews and not to Believe anything until you’ve seen it and experienced it yourself. I walked in with no appointment Jacob assisted me got me approved on finance in 15 mins and drove the car away within the hour. If I am very honest not many dealers can turn over cars at this pace and it is relieving to know I didn’t have to make another journey back to collect the car. They’re very welcoming and friendly. Thanks a million MB brent park. Will definitely come back for my next car in a few years.

I felt uneasy about visiting MB BRENT PARK due to the reviews I have read on this website however once I visited they welcomed me with hospitality and were nothing but helpful and friendly. Just saying you should pay them a visit rather than listening to people opinion

Having booked an appointment to view a particular car and travelled all the way down from the midlands with my 4 year old daughter i was told upon arrival that the car had already been sold. So a total waste of my time and money. I would definitely recommend you do NOT use this company. Totally unprofessional.
Bought car from them on 10-07-2020. The car had back window changed and still broken glass around it and in the boot. The passenger side doors are dented and aftermarket resprayed. Front and rear bumper are resprayed terribly, can see the spray paint on it. Interior is tearing apart. Missing many parts from the car. Front wheel passenger side only had 4 studs instead of 5. 4 different tyres in such bad condition. Overall this is apparently a 4.9 out of 5 rating dealerships and they won’t return my calls and are trying to play it off. I am leaving reviews here daily about this and contacted the times newspapers and trading standars as well as Mercedes-benz head office for having their brand torn apart by these guys. 0 stars from me. To everyone willing to buy cars from them. Please check in detail before doing so! I would suggest you don’t buy from them.

BEWARE!! Can't trust! Liars! This company put me in serious difficulty. A quick back story, my car is essential, especially during Covid it's the only way I can safely go around, and also assist my family. So here's what happened. I went to the showroom on Saturday and everything was smooth. I was interested in a c class and after taking a test drive I was happy to purchase it through finance. The company put me through a credit check and I was told I would be informed the next day of the outcome and to come back and finalise it all. I made it very clear, that I was interested. That night I placed my old car on Gumtree for sale, and got a lot of responses. As I was expecting a response on Sunday, I held off all potential viewers till late evening. This is when problems began. After no response, I CALLED 4 times. Each time I was told I'd get a call back in 10mins. Which I didn't. The 5th time I called around closing time, the manager Hussain answered and told me, that my credit was approved. He even confirmed my name and gave me a preliminary quote. I told him the quote sounded different but he dismissed this, by suggesting I wanted PCP and that was for HP. He told me that tomorrow we would finalise things, and as he had not been paid by the lender, so I'd have to collect the car then. I agreed, and again made it clear to keep this car for me as I am buying it, and also told him I was about to sell my old car. I then proceeded on HUSSAIN's word (a manager with 'allegedly' over 25years experience in this type of business) as I trusted his knowledge and judgement and sold my car. An hour later I get an email from the Broker saying I had been rejected. When questioned, he said the dealer had made a mistake and I had indeed been rejected. I Contacted Hussain the following morning, explaining his error, and he then brushed it off with a small apology and said to me he made a mistake thinking it was another customer? (Eventhough he confirmed my name the day before). Ok mate wouldve been good for you to call me and explain the error you made after you found out especially when you knew I was selling my car that day. I tried to explain to him that now I was left with no car, and in a difficult situation. I suggested the least they could do would be to keep the car reserved for me, as a courtesy for their error until I find an alternative finance method. They then broke that promise, by offering out the car to a friend who had enquired about it later, and on top of that, had the cheek to call him back trying to persuade him to come in to purchase it. Now I'm slightly confused how a manager of Hussain's alleged experience made such an error. Is he not familiar with having more than 1 customer at the same time? Surely most dealers would be able to handle such basic customer service and management? This to me clearly questions how organised and professional the company really is, to make such an error where the manager wasn't bothered to check a name on a system which would take seconds. Pure laziness and negligence!! He obviously doesn't care about customers, where his unprofessionalism of not following basic procedure to check details has resulted in a huge issue for me. They seem to shut down every bad review they get, I'd like to see what their response to this is, whether they'll admit the error, or actually make up a lie to cover it up as other reviews have claimed. Don't be a victim to these guys!!

I bought a car from this company!! These people are the biggest liars in the market!! During the sale of the car they will say everything you want to hear to sell you the car but do not expect any after sales support or warranty from them even if they promise you!! My car broke down months after the purchase and i had to replace the whole engine which cost me over 4000£!!! Do not buy from this company!! Most of the positive reviews are fake reviews about them! Save your money do not buy from them!

Made an appointment at MB Brent Park and drove 70 miles to view the £18K no warm welcome or coffee offered after our two hour drive, they were not expecting us and had no record of our appointment The car was parked under a tree covered in leaves and bird shit there was overspray on rear bumper trim and two dents in the drivers door. The salesman didn’t even bother to leave the showroom and come outside with us very poor I would give this place a miss.
