Absolutely loved the customer service and everything about this place. MB Brent Park are very sophistuand everything about the transaction was easy and quick. I can assure those thinking about going their but not sure hence their other reviews (like I was) to not take their words into consideration. Go and see for yourself. Was greeted by a young man and offered drinks and had a lovely time talking. Would definitely recommend & whenever I need a car I know were to go now. Also, the manager Mr Hussain was really nice anf good manared. He helped so much with this process I don't think most car showrooms would bother like he did. AWESOME WORK GUYS and love the showroom!

We recently bought a Mercedes E class cabriolet and it was in good condition, we had no problems the guys were so helpful and made sure everything was in working order , some of the other reviews are bad but please don't listen to them because these guys are amazing and are always happy to help and if there is a problem they will always fix it , top quality well done

Mb Brent park, what can I say, I paid £9000 for a BMW, straight away on the day of pick up the car was covered in dirt , 3 days prior I told Hussein to repair airbag sensor (he didn't), it then went to Mr Hussains electrical engineer (his car sprayer) whom totally messed up all the wiring. I then made that individual look like a idiot in front of clients. Anyway 3 months down the line it got sorted but little did I know that it was bypassed, so yesterday I had a 5 mph crash & I was on my own but all airbags went off due to it being messed up by these incompetent people, My car is now a complete write off from a 5mph crash, the inside looks like a bomb went off, where the outside has minor damage. Anyway don't use these Mb Brent Park ever, like the above says friends at the beginning but don't want to know you once you have shelled out you hard earned money.

The sales part of our relationship was fine but they proved a bit difficult after the sale. Car was to be valeted and interior issues resolved but they have proved difficult to work with and get scheduled. Accused me of missing appointments where clear email trail exists of me cancelling and asking to reschedule. Their typical response is to just ignore you.

I recently bought a CLC 220 from MB Brent Park that they had as a part-exchange i really like the car and think it is great value for money, it works perfectly fine and i recon i got a lot of car for my money. defiantly recommend this used Mercedes-Benz dealership to my friends and family and anyone looking for a used Mercedes.

Definitely had a great experience buying my car from them and they are still happy to help me after the sale as its been over a month and I am comfortable to call them any time. Their cars are priced competitively and they even gave me great finance rates. I do suggest checking them out, I will be back to service my car there and hopefully be buying from them again.

Problems with a B Class Mercedes 60 plate Mercedes after week one. Parts missing and it has massive engine problems. The staff were rude and dishonest and above else gave me totally bad customer service.

I am very glad to know that i still have a Mercedes Benz specialist not to far from me since the park royal main dealer Mercedes Benz closed down. I needed to get my car serviced and MB Brent Park did it for me whilst i waited, it took roughly 2 hours but i went shopping in the Ikea and Tesco they have next door. I am very pleased because the services they do all go on to the Mercedes Benz Database which means all services for my C180 are on the database. What a relief amazing customer service.

By far the best used Mercedes car dealership i have visited I'm glad i spotted this dealership on auto trader only because they had the best value for the car on there. I called in to book an appointment to see a Mercedes C220 that they cad with pre-wired navigation (audio 20) and when i went in they gave me variety with equal specs or better to choose from but i was happy with what i saw and i am very glad that i drive this beautiful car on a daily basis now. definatly recommend MB Brent Park to my friends and family
