A few weekends ago I visited this Mercedes Benz showroom in Brent Park with my father and brother and I must say we were greeted with a warm and pleasant environment which offered exceptional service. Not only were we offered impeccable assistance, we were able to make our purchase with ease. Upon expressing my interest in a particular car it became of primary interest of the team, to ensure the car surpassed our standards. The compliance to the government ruling for COVID-19 was remarkable and despite the restrictions we were able to choose a car, purchase it and take it home on the same day. The team displayed genuine interest and care in ensuring we purchased the most suitable car whilst taking our wants and needs into great consideration. The customer service displayed in this showroom was second to none and I couldn’t be more delighted with my purchase. I could not recommend this showroom enough, if you are interested in purchasing a Mercedes, you will not regret taking a trip down to this showroom. Finally, with regard to the team, thank you so much for offering such delightful service, my family and I will be back.

I had to make contact twice via the website regarding a vehicle they had for sale only to receive a call from the Rudest salesman ever !! This guy was so full of his own self importance that he came across that he was actually doing me a favour by talking to me .. At one point towards the end of our conversation I had to ask if he could let me have get word in !! Well your loss I've placed an order with a Mercedes main dealer and they were happy to deal with me and treat me like a human being . Just because I'm Irish and have an accent what gives him the right to stereotype people and speak to them like they are stupid ?? Obviously this guy is unprofessional and clearly believes he's smarter than everyone else especially Irish people ...

Laughable experience with this company. What a joke they are. Zero customer serivce throughout shown. I was told my car would be ready on arrival. It wasn't. I was then greeted by a salesman with a fag in his mouth (LOL) and clothing that i normally chill at home in on my day off! Going through the paperwork and he somehow managed to set me up so that I was Taxing another vehicle by inputting the Number Plate Wrong!! LOL FInally 2 hours later and the car came out, it had been given a basic hoover but that was about it!! I was assured when I left that they would deal with the DVLA and send off the forms for the new V5 Form - 3 Months Later and im still chasing! I get told they are dealing with it, the same old boring excuse so i decided to send off a V62 myself which means another £25 out of pocket for these muppets. SHOCK that they won't refund me my money and apparently its my fault. PLEASE AVOID

We had an enjoyable experience with this dealer. The customer service was good, but the stock was really good. Great choices if you want a mercedes. I bought the car over the phone and it was delivered as expected.

I recently tried to purchase a car. I paid the deposit was reassured the car was ready and I was getting my own transport from newcastle. Was only told the night before that it would not be ready. Was then told I could not have my deposit and we would sort it. They then sold the car without telling me so I was short of a car. The deposit and still had to pay the transport company for wasted time. They are still not trying to resolve it. Absolutely shocking service and liars.

cars are presented very well. Would recommend booking an appointment prior to visiting as they are very busy and it would take a while for a sales exec to serve you but that is always a good sign.

Unbeatable prices. Quick and easy procedure. Wanted the new AMG grill fitted they got it done and I drove away the next day. Very happy with the service thank you MB.
