MB Brent Park is the worst dealership. Avoid. Before purchasing the car they said they will replace the broken armrest. It has been 3 months now and still did not replace it. They bought a £20 universal armrest which did not even fit my car (Nissan Juke) then they said they will order a new one. To this day they have not sorted it out despite me going there personally and phoning them numerous times regarding the issue .AVOID

Bought my first car from MB Brent Park and I was a bit worried from the reviews but had to Check them out because of their low prices. When I first entered the showroom I was greeted by the manger, great person spoke to me tried to help me with my offer and then transferred me to one of the sales team, he showed me a couple of cars to the spec I want and the budget I wanted. To sum it up, I bought a car and am very happy with the quality.

MB Brent Park may appear to be everything you would expect from Mercedes Benz but the moment you have a problem you will discover they are very much not! They talk the talk but don't be fooled and do not trust this man. I wish I bought from a dealer and not from this rude, arrogant liar. Take my advice and DO NOT USE MB BRENT PARK!!!!!!!!!!

Please be very aware of MB Brent Park, if like me you put a £500 deposit to hold a vehicle over the weekend, and on viewing that vehicle for whatever reason, you do not buy it, you will not have your deposit refunded. I am at present trying to get my money back via the Small Claims Court.

I BOUGHT 20 16 CAR WITH SERVICE HISTORY SO I WAS TOLD. WHEN I TOOK THE CAR TO MERCEDES UK THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NO SERVICE HISTORY. TYRES AND WHEELS WERE SWAPPED FROM 2013 MODEL.SERVICE LIGHT WAS SWITCHED OFF WITHOUT SERVICE.EVEN BRAKE DISCS WERE SWAPPED CAR NEEDED NEW BRAKES DISCS NEW TYRES .AND THIS CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE DONE 16000.MILES.

Bought my SLK from Tony. Extremely happy with the service provided. The car has been a dream buy.....best one on offer after extensive research.

Bought a 2015 e class from mb brent park which cost me over £20.000, even though mechanically it has been ok, 5 months after purchasing it, i have been told that the car had been resprayed on 5 different panels including front and back bumpers, and not been done well all at. Now the car I bought only had 22000 miles on the clock and i was told about how throughly they check their car and all that bullshit, if you ask me these people buy damaged cars off the auctions e.t.c and just make them look good and con people into buying them , just stay away and go somewhere else, they might have the perfect car for you in their showroom but trust me you will get ripped off.
