Absolutely fantastic service from first contact to driving the vehicle out of the showroom. Meer is a man of integrity and was honest and helpful throughout. purchased a car from them a few months ago. There were a small issues which They cannot tell if something is going to go wrong on their cars. However, the staff at MB were brilliant, they helped me and made sure the fixes did not cost me any money, Very friendly, approachable and professional. I would 100% purchase a car from them again.

I bought BMW X5 from MB cars and the service was superb from start to finish. Meer was very honest and helpful and provides decent cars at good prices. I can also confirm that the after sales customer care is superb, I would recommend MB cars to anyone who is looking for a reliable car and a decent price.

Similar problems, bought a car from MB motors, claims he is out of the country pissed me about for a month claiming his mum is terminally I'll in hospital hiding behind a tissue of lies. £4000 to put right the car I told him was faulty, he agreed to pay for the repairs to the car and now claims I am threatening him. Forget trading standards, have your solicitor start proceedings to recover your losses, once a CCJ has been issued against him, no finance company in the land will touch him. See if he wants to risk his business against doing the right thing and fixing your car.
I have recently bought Fiat 500 from MB Cars Norwich. Fantastic service, very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!!!

We have a similar problem cannot get hold of the garage at all for the last month went to claim off the warranty to find out we haven’t got one ? Never got a refund on my Mercedes on the tax So I should imagine he never sent the paperwork in so I should imagine he never sent the paperwork in order my wife is terminally ill with cancer disgraceful behaviour waiting for trading standards to respond
Very happy with the ka I bought from MB Cars Norwich, we were allowed a solo test drive with no pressure. Pleasant people to deal with and a friendly efficient service all round. Would recommend to friends and family.

I would recommend MB Cars in Norwich as our personal experience buying a car from MB has been excellent. From the start MB were really helpful and there was no pushy sales patter. This is a well run business selling good quality cars with a nice friendly approach. I can also confirm that the after sales customer care is superb. As whilst we were very happy with the car there was a small issue with the cruise control not working and MB arranged to have this both diagnosed and fixed at the local dealership with no additional cost to us. MB could not have been more helpful, courteous and keen to resolve this for us. My rating of 5 stars is well earned and I would definitely return to MB in the future when looking for a new second hand car for the customer service alone.
