My only advice to anyone who's willing to buy a car from MB Cars Swindon, Please take someone (Mechanic) who could inspect the car before you buy it and get into trouble, I have a lot to tell but in short DO NOT TRUST THEM, I've got issues the same day I bought the car and 1st appointment they kept the car for the whole day and told me everything's solved but nothing was done then 2nd appointment the same again the 3rd appointment the same then 4th time they fixed some issues and told me that the job done I'll have no issues but the problem is still there so I went back 5th time and they said the issue I have from the day 1 is not covered in the warranty.. No matter how polite and good they are Do Not trust them.

Fantastic service as usual, bought a car from Mb cars about a year ago now, still love my car, had the car booked in for an Mot and full service through Mb cars, friendly customer service team, always willing to help. No issues what so ever would definitely recommend to others.

I have recently bought my self a Vauxhall Astra from Mb cars, great deal on the car, service was spot on. They Put a new mot on the car even though it still had a long Mot on it, Chucked in a full service as well, which was nice of them.

Great guys, bought 2 cars from here in the last 6 months, 1st had few issues with in couple weeks which they rectified right away, 2nd cars been great, customer service is on point, friendly and honest guys, made to feel welcome at all times.

MB cars refuse to refund my money on a car I bought in December 2017. Still under warranty the car no longer works, wouldn’t recommend ever buying a car from MB Cars Swindon.

Don't but from MB Cars - Brought a Mini convertible in November 2018 and when we arrived to collect, seat was wet but was told by Naz it had been valeted. First time it rained - Roof Leaked badly. They did try to fix but roof still leaks and they are not returning our money, if fact they tried to buy back with a very condescending offer so looks like we will be going to court.

I bought my first car from MB Cars recently and the service was excellent. When a week later we found a problem, they were incredibly helpful and it was fixed very quickly at no extra cost.
